From the moment they arrived on-site, their team delivered a level of service that can only be described as *white glove—literally.* Every team member was polished, professionally dressed, and incredibly friendly, creating an approachable yet premium experience for our attendees. They didn’t just “staff” the gifting experience; they curated it, making each person feel cared for and valued.

They also brought an unbelievable assortment of high-end designer sunglasses, giving attendees access to a wide range of premium styles and brands. The selection alone made the experience feel elevated and indulgent.

What really set 96 Shades apart, though, was their secret weapon: bringing an optometrist on-site. This transformed the experience from simple gifting into something truly personalized and practical. Attendees weren’t just choosing sunglasses; they could turn their selection into prescription eyewear on the spot.

And they took it even further: if an attendee didn’t have their prescription on hand, the onsite doctor would personally call their provider to retrieve it. All the attendees needed to do was provide a phone number. That level of seamless, above-and-beyond service removed every barrier and made participation effortless.

I actually discovered them through ChatGPT while searching for a fun, elevated sunglasses gifting experience. Even though they’re based in New Jersey and we’re in California, everything came together seamlessly.

Justice reached out within an hour of my inquiry and immediately stood out for his warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm. I had also contacted a local company, but ultimately chose to work with Justice because of his exceptional communication and customer service, and I’m so glad I did. With less than a month to plan, he made the entire process feel effortless.

They sent Mike to host the event, and he was fantastic. He arrived early, set up a beautiful display, and created such a fun atmosphere. He worked one-on-one with each guest, helping them select frames based on face shape and coloring, which made the experience feel incredibly personalized.

Our guests were able to choose from an impressive selection of designer brands including Persol, Prada, Maui Jim, Burberry, Costa, Ray Ban, Gucci, Lacoste, and Versace. Each pair was beautifully packaged, and 96 Shades even included (free of charge) a custom gold foil case with our logo, such a nice touch.

I had a strict budget and still don’t know how they managed to deliver at this level, but they did. Every guest has told me this was the best and most fun gifting experience we’ve had at our events, and we host a lot of them.

For the guests who couldn’t make it, 96 Shades sent VIP boxes to the addresses we provided. It really felt like an extension of the cool in-person experience, letting them still be part of the fun and pick out their sunglasses online. This was such a thoughtful detail and really stood out to us.
