My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I emailed customer service requesting a return label because I did not receive all of the items in my order. Unfortunately, I never received a response or the return label that I requested. The lack of communication and customer support has been very frustrating. I expected much better service and cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

We’re very disappointed to see this review, as the statements that you “never received a response or the return label” are directly contradicted by our correspondence and the tracking history of your return.
You first contacted us on July 29 at 10:45 AM, and we responded at 10:48 AM — just three minutes later. We requested additional information/photos regarding the reported missing chain so that we could assist you.
After waiting for your response over the weekend, we followed up again. When we still did not hear back from you, we proactively issued a prepaid return label on August 4 so that we could inspect the item and packaging ourselves and resolve the matter.
Most importantly, tracking now confirms that you have used the prepaid return label we provided and shipped your return back to us. We therefore cannot understand the statement that you “never received” the return label when that same label is currently being used to return the merchandise to us.
Despite multiple emails from our team, we have not received a response from you. We have reached out again today for a third time.
We take customer concerns seriously and are always willing to resolve legitimate issues, but we also believe reviews should accurately reflect the communication and assistance provided. Your return is currently in transit using our prepaid label, and we will inspect and process it accordingly once received.

Package has not been received
Package has not been received - there were no changes of address. I asked for the package to be redelivered. The issue also got worse when I asked for a refund. Designer day dream had to wait for their refund from shipping insurance before issuing a refund to me. I ended up charging back the credit card charge, and won the dispute.

While the package was already in transit, multiple address changes were requested by the recipient as confirmed by UPS upon investigation, which unfortunately resulted in complications with the delivery and the package ultimately becoming lost within the UPS network.
Our team spent considerable time working directly with UPS on your behalf, including multiple calls and follow-ups to try to locate the shipment. Once UPS was unable to recover the package, we followed the required investigation and claims process and ultimately issued you a full refund for the order.
While we understand the disappointment of not receiving your purchase, we did everything available to us to resolve a carrier issue that occurred after the shipment had left our facility, and ensured that you were not left financially responsible for a package that could not be recovered.

I have ordered a few pairs of glasses from designer daydream. The glasses are perfect and as described. Communication was easy and fast. Delivery took a little longer than expected this time, but the product is beautiful and prices are amazing. I recommend this site to everyone I know and will definitely buy more in future.

Your customer service department is excellent!!! The online selection of lovely stylish designer frames is terrific. My gorgeous Valentino eyeglasses are gorgeous!! They arrived super well-packaged and on time. I love them! They are most flattering and the price was very fair. I am hugely impressed with this company and I would definitely buy here again. I did a lot of comparison shopping online before I purchased, and I am quite satisfied in knowing that I got the best price at the time. Love this company!!!
