Great customer service!
This is my first time purchasing designer glasses online. I was skeptical at first so I called the number on the website. Gabrielle answered (on a Sunday evening too!) and explained to me that all the glasses were authentic. We were even texting about which glasses would suit my face.
Gabrielle made me feel comfortable to purchase from her website. She even went above and beyond and waited to ship my package because I informed her that I was out of town.
I was so impressed with her customer service that I even bought a second pair. Both glasses came in 2 days and I have no complaints. I highly recommend purchasing from designer daydream. Fantastic experience over all. Thank you Gabrielle!
