Stay away from this company. They trap you into a 30 day trial free shipping membership with great discounts but there's a trick.. After 30 days they charge you 699 dirams for the entire year of shipping and they tell you this is not refundable. So you are stuck for 1 year.. Even if you don't buy anything! This is how they recover their discounts and free shipping!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I manufacture my own jewellery and constantly see that desertcart (all sites all over the world) have harvested my listings – including desertcart.ae. They are breaching my Trademark, my copyright and my design rights. I don't even sell abroad, so any customers ordering via their website, wouldn't EVER get the products as I would never deliver it! They are therefore reported by me, every time I see one of my products on their site to Google - who take down the ability for the search engine to view the page from the search engine. Unfortunately, this doesn't stop unsuspecting customers who may see it on desertcart paying money to desertcart for any of my products - these people will never get the product.
I have complained about their breach of copyright and trademark laws direct to desertcart often- who don't reply.

after 2 weeks 1/2, i don't receive the product despite having contacted customer service for almost 3 days. the seller does not respond, I don't know where the package is and they don't want to refund me until the seller responds to them. So I can't do nothing!
Just waste my money and wait until when?

If you need to order anything from this website beware! They will scam you into signing up for a subscription without realising it but they don't tell you or warn you that they will steal €179 from the card you used to order the product after 30 days.
If you query this with them, they will refuse to credit and insist that you agreed to the subscription and ask you to sign into their website to cancel the subscription but it will only cancel it for the following year and you are stuck then with it for a year.
If that happens you need to file a charge-back with your credit card company, or a PayPal dispute if you paid with PayPal or with your bank if you used a debit card.
They will provide evidence to the dispute team that you were aware of the subscription, that they notified you before they took the money and gave you an opportunity to cancel but they only do this through their website, which of course you don't see or even get email notifications on.
You then need to dispute this evidence and ask for the emails they sent, which they can't provide and you will then win your dispute.
Avoid this website even if they seem a bit cheaper than Amazon.

Scam! They charged me, never sent any products and when contacted they said my order was cancelled due to out of stock when I ordered multiple items! I never received a cancellation notice, refund notice, NOTHING! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!

Overall, unless you are shopaholic and you plan your shopping in advance, don't use their service. Otherwise, pay attention to the fine prints to avoid getting slapped with 699 AED transaction on your credit card.

Bought perfume from this company a year ago. Yesterday they charged my credit card 699 AED “membership fee” which I’ve never signed for. Stay away from this company.

Please don't anyone use this site, it's a complete scam. They took 179 Euro from me, months ago (same thing happened to lots of other people). They have repeatedly delayed everything- excuses, one after another. I've given up hope.

I ordered a £30 toy, they charged me £179 for a FREE TRIAL pro membership which I cancelled immediately on the day I ordered once I saw it. They are now refusing to refund and i didnt even recieve the toy! Spent hours arguing with ‘customer service’ who are extremely rude and unprofessional and told me its my own fault. Will be seeking legal advice. I really hope people get them shut down.

Does desertcart use camel caravans and oxcarts to transport their products, judging by their delivery times it would appear that way… from now on I will stick to Amazon

I had extremely negative experience with desert cart and I compelled to warn others about their dishonest practices.From the very start this company was just selling things 3 times of their true prices. After the purchase and paying all the service fee and shipping fee I was hit by unexpected charges that was never disclosed upfront and reached to customer affairs they gave me vague evasive answers,refusing to acknowledge the issue.
Their customer service team is a nightmare, rude and unhelpful.
This company just rob people money and conduct malice business practices.
There should be some serious legal issue against this company.

They charge and then cancel the order and don’t return the money.

Two months ago i made an order from desertcart that haven’t arrived yet! The days it was supposed to arrive i recived a message from a number pretending to be Aramex. They were making me enter a website that seemed aramex to put my card details and charge me 1 dirham for the shipping. The first time that happened i spoke with the support from desertcart and they saied my item was missing and they will place another order. One month later i recived the same strange message! Thanks to your reviews now i know for sure that is a SCAM! Be aware of this type of scam also. I want to report this fraud to the police and authorities. Does anybody know how to do that? I’m new in the country. Thanks!

This is SCAM !!!

I ordered a product from their website. And delivery fee is showing free. And here is the highlight that they were preparing to scam you. They ask your face ID to enter your card. So I click face ID because it's showing free. After a month, they took my money without authorization and detected 699 dhs from my card. They said this is membership for a year delivery fee and i chose it. I told them to cancel this membership that i didn't approved. And they said they will call me back from their membership team within 72 hrs and I waited. NOBDY CALLED!! THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER REFUNDED!

The worst company ever! Like many others I placed an order and agreed to the pro membership which I immediately cancelled after placing my order. 3 weeeks layer I got charged AED 699. I spoke to their pro membership department that refused to help but only offered to either refund me 150 on my card or 250 as credit. I reported them to consumer rights but they contact desert cart and they showed them all these emails which I never received saying I will be charged AED 699 and I can still cancel. I even showed them my inbox screenshots that I never got these emails. The person who called me was extremely aggressive and rude and even praised the company by saying we could pay to remove the trust pilot reviews but we don’t do that - do you want a good star for that? Just scammer. Stick to Amazon

I purchased an item for my hair on desert cart and they were so sneaky and without my authorisation signed me up to an annual membership then they used my bank card details to deduct AED699 dirhams despite the fact that I never subscriped to any service. They did this by offering a free shipping and attract you to make the order and enter your bank card details then they make a force sign up for a PRO service membership. Once they have your money, then forget about it. I am warning everyone from this scam, please be careful and don't fall vulnerable to the same with desertcart and warn everyone from desertcart in Dubai. I will also raise the same issue with my friends in Dubai and Abu Dhabi Government and try to ban this website.

Don't trust Desertcart!! They scam you by making you avail of their Pro Package and then they Promise for Refund but nothing happens on ever .

The required amount bafore checkout and in the required authorization for payment is not the same deducted amount and the shown ok n the invoice .

I ordered a picture from this site and a month later 179 euros was taken from my account for pro membership subscription that I was automatically signed up for without my knowledge

I'd purchased an item on behalf of my company from desertcart and somehow desert cart sneakily signed me up to an annual membership which costs 799 SAR. They do this by offering you free shipping but the catch is that you are signed up to this PRO membership. They down right refuse to refund as soon as they have your money, that’s it. This scheme with desert cart isn’t one only I have , they do it with many people .

This has caused a lot of distress among my management and they've started to question my credibility at work, therefore I request and beg dessert cart to please help me in keeping my job by having the amount refunded.
