Was recommended this host and it seems they're not even up anymore? i was in their server too a little while ago and remember them locking all the channels and when they unlocked one and i asked why they're ignoring my questions because i want to know some details before ordering and i just got banned...seems like another kid ran host tbh.

Turns out they've just renamed? and deleted the server? wonder why they did that 🤔apparently they got their domain hacked? says a lot about a host when they have staff with ownership/access to domains....guessing they dont have the brain cells to make it owners only? do your other staff have access to your business bank account too? like jesus..

Bad company. Basically everything on deploys.io sums them up.

Speaking as a customer, they have been good so far. The server performs well, no downtime, support is usually fast. There are things I would improve - for example, constant name changes. From deluxenode, to deploys, to dashflo. Just waiting which is next. This is the only reason behind 4 stars. The hosting quality and support are good.

All along, my experience with Deploys was horrible. Lots of downtime, and being extremely slow all along.

Now that I have switched to another hosting company, not only am I no longer having days of outages and not even knowing what is going on, the site that was being hosted responds a massive amount faster than before.

Just nope. Horrible service and customer support.

Horrible customer support, lots of downtime and they locked their Discord without any notice for over a week. DO NOT use, they are definitely on the way out.

this was very fast and i love the service thank you i had a panic attack when i chose the wrong version

Help was fast and did exactly what I needed. Bot works 24/7 now.

The service is perfect, had no problems controlling it, i will definetly use it in the future when i need it or have money for projects. Everything runs smoothly, the issue was the minecraft version, since its unstable, no host can make it good and not laggy, but the over all process was awsome.

Very Poor Customer Service
Not only did they block all means of contact from they're Discord servers because they "couldn't figure things out". But they've also gone very inactive lately and have stolen money, and my website. I have attempted to contact them various times, and yet they all result in no response. I would not recommend deploys.io because it is such a terrible web hosting/company. There are many other better web hosters out there, check google, or something else. I would not deal with this place though.

I hope they will fix quickly the downtime issues and Discord will be unlocked soon. Service is great, very quick servers, easy setup, and friendly support. This time only 4 stars for downtimes.

Ive been with Deploys for a long time now and my other reviews have shown their service to be amazing, which it was, until about the 17th august when everything kept going down because of an issue but it is now the 1st and there are issues almost everyday.

The support from the staff is good still, they're still helping me with any issues, but since they locked the discord, which they've not unlocked yet, ticket responces are taking longer that id hope.

As soon as everything back to normal it'll be 5 stars again but until then its a 2.

Update: There are still issues, however the owner has been very helpful with assisting me and answering my questions, so im going to update my review to 4*, but i will be honest and say that if you plan on using them, be aware of the current problems

Just started using the service, so the issues of being down a lot that others are mentioning is something I wouldn't know yet, so might update this review later to reflect that, but for now, 5 stars.

Cheap hosting and when I tried to run my bot, it was crashing constantly. Opened a ticket and less than 12 hours later, they had looked into the issue, found the problem in one of the modules my bot was using and fixed the issue for me, putting my Discord Bot online and operational

Web hosting was down for weeks, too them ages to even let us know what was going on.

They then locked all of their discord channels to stop people complaining that it was down, says about all to be fair.

Never received an activation Mail and therefore could not use the Minecraft Server i paid for. No response (except an automated one) to a ticket i opened for several days, and could not contact anyone via discord since the support channels all were deactivated at the time. This seems to happen rather often from what i've heard.

Purchased a web hosting package with Deploys.io, have been having major downtime with little to no updates about the situation, site has been offline for nearly 5 days with no updates or resolution in site and prior to this, they claim to be having major upstream issues.

Used to love deploys, but alas no longer.

Rented a small package for Discord bot hosting at the beginning of july. Worked fine for ~3 weeks, then the downtime and timeouts started. At first it wasnt so bad, service went down for a couple of minutes 1-2 times per day - still a hassle to manually login and start up the bots service again though.

From that point up til now, end of august, it has been a rollercoaster of timeouts and downtime for my service.
5 days ago, my service went missing and I cannot login to the controlpanel anymore. I sent in a ticket and 2 days later I get a generic response that they'll look into this.

5 days later Im still here, no response, still cant login and my service isnt running anymore.

Did some research on my own, ALL of their discord hosting packages are down. Found their discord, joined it, to be met by locked channels, unable to leave a message or anything.

I'd go as far and say that this is a scam. Not notifying their customer for a 5(!!) day long downtime, not answering their support tickets and locking their discord. Gonna fill a dispute on Paypal(its only 3$ but it'll be worth it just to create hassle for them) and spread the world about this sh**ty company.

AVOID at all costs.
