Brillant support YET AGAIN today!!!
Today we had yet another need to seek support from WebHostFace. I dealt with support rep Angel. The matter was quite a tricky one, but he was very patient with me.
Thank you once more WebHostFace!!!!

I have been using them for a couple of years. Recently, I tried their business plans, and I am very impressed. Strongly recommend!

Lifetime webhosting suddenly cancelled.
Interesting that they claim now lifetime refers to the OS, but when signing up they said they knew they could afford to offer it based on their knowledge of typical lifetime if a website.

They also claim they guaranteed 5 years, and I have had 'significantly more that that', yet my records show I have had a month or so over 5 years, meaning the average price I've paid is the same as it would have been if I'd paid monthly.

Scam.

Scammers they took my money for lifetime and now they will discontinue it for "my safety" what about returning my money scums ?

I have lifetime plan webhostface and today i recieved a mail about discontinuation of life time plan.

Message they sent to me yesterday:
"As you may be aware,CentOS 7 is approaching its End of Life (EOL) on June 30, 2024 . After this date, CentOS 7 will no longer receive security updates or support from the CentOS Project. This presents significant risks to your website, email and hosting services. We take security, performance, and compliance very seriously and we are forced to discontinue all lifetime hosting plans, including the one you are currently using. There are more than 4 months till its discontinuation and we have prepared a strict transfer plan, so we can ensure there is no downtime or service interruption. Our team will handle the transfer and we will test your services extensively to make sure everything is working perfectly.** All lifetime hosting plans will be discontinued on June 30, 2024 and all services will stop working."

So discontinuation of supporting of free OS centos 7 was an excuse to end my plan.

!!!!Attention, stay away from this hosting, becouse someday they they will come up with something that will end your plan unexpectedly.

0 stars! Charged me $139 for 15 years and I never used them!!!! This is not a joke. I tell my family often how much of a scam this horrific place is. Again I'm not a fake review, I despise this place and they didn't do anything when I told them I never used it in the 15 years you charged me can I have my money back, also I tried to cancel a few times during those 15 years and they made it impossible. I was younger and dumber but still they are a horrible company! AVOID!!!! AND I want my money back, I have 3 kids Jesus!!!!!!

Cheap introductory offer to lure you in, then very expensive. I tried to transfer my domain to another provider, but because Webhostface were slow to act on this my domain expired: Now I have an expired domain locked in to Webhostface and the only way to access it is to pay Webhostface around triple the usual cost for them to rent the domain that I had tried to transfer before it expired. Prior to this they auto renewed a service which had been cancelled months prior, and by the time I was refunded for this I had lost almost £20 from exchange rate fluctuations.

Avoid this company. Too expensive for the service offered. They will bait you by offering dirt cheap for first year. I accidently forgot to remove my card details and they took 261USD to renew just a standard hosting service. I contacted them on the day the service was renewed and they simply refused to offer refund. Cheap marketing tactics. I had similar scenario in the past with godaddy and others and they were kind to understand the situation and refunded but this company will simply not care about customer. I will think twice before using them or recommending them ever.

I used WebHostFace for 5 years and had a great experience. Good site speeds, responsive support, no complaints for the basic websites I am hosting. In the interest of saving money, I tried a lifetime deal with another company for less money that didn't work out. Due to the great earlier experience with WebHostFace, I ended up coming back. I wish I had just signed up for the lifetime deal with them instead.

Excellent service provided. No problems with their hosting.

I had another shared hosting service, for wordpress, the admin page was slow and the wordpress db got currupted right after installation. Then I started to look for another provider, found WebHostFace in some blog post, got wp up and running in an hour and the site is working without any issue since then. Any time I had some issue (blocked outgoing mail, other minor issues mostly because me being an inexperienced admin) the support was quick, and solved my issue. They are really responsive and helpful through their support chat.

Web Host Face has always been quick to give me help when needed. Their support has been great. Paired with the life time hosting, I have loved the last 4-5 years I have had hosting with them.

this little company has given me superb service for six years now. Tech help is available (almost) 24/7, and the personnel I have chatted with are knowledgeable, engaged, and always willing to dig a little deeper-- and answer my most obvious questions politely and completely. Downtime is very rare.

I have always had a great experience with this company. I know for anyone new to website hosting it can be frustrating and upsetting. But technical issues are to be expected with EVERY server. I have hundreds of accounts on lots of servers, so I know about issues. But what's important is if the server people respond and help when it happens. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! They always help with issues very quickly.
