The basket of forget me nots was pretty but not as pictured on the website. It was ~50% evergreen stems and not all forget me not stems as shown. The parcel was initially sent to the wrong address and then redirected, meaning it was out for delivery in a sealed box for ~36 hours. Given this, it was unsurprising that a few leaves and flowers were damaged.

Wrong idea to use Royal Mail - why would you need someone to sign for flowers and not leave in a safe place? Now being kept over the weekend before they try again Monday! Hate to think what condition they will be in when they eventually arrive!

I ordered flowers as a gift to my wife to commemorate our wedding anniversary. I paid extra charges to ensure I receive them on the chosen day. Unfortunately they were not received till after the selected date. When I messaged this company via their online chat, and via email, I received false statements that they were already delivered, and on the chosen date. NOT TRUE. The least they could have was to admit and apologise. Not a customer-friendly company, nor are they sincere for that matter.

I initially ordered an Autumn Wreath with Pumpkins. When it arrived, all the pumpkins were off the Wreath, so I emailed them to advise this. Was sent quite a snippy response (hence the 4-star review) stating that this was an 'uncommon situation' as all their wreaths are securely packaged and checked but I could 'feel free' to return the product and they would send a replacement (of course I was going to send it back as a pumpkin wreath with all the pumpkins off is useless). I had to go back to them to get return details as I was not going to pay to return their faulty goods and the return was made.
In the meantime, they emailed me back and offered to make me a Christmas Wreath instead of the Autumn one as it was nearing the end of November and I agreed to this.
The Christmas Wreath arrived timeously and all the baubles and foliage were firmly attached to the wreath. I am very happy with the result. It is hanging outside my house now 10/10

If you're reading this review, trust me, don't risk ordering anything here, there are plenty other shops you can try, don't make the same mistake I did. I ordered an already overpriced bouquet for 75 GBP and paid 16 GBP for the same day delivery. Obviously, flowers are always time sensitive and serve for special occasion. Not only were they not delivered on the same day, or the next, they were delivered 2 days later, in a sorry shape (probably by being in a box for all this time) and without any response from the customer service. What they offered was 16 GBP refund. 75 GBP really is not a low price to pay, virtually no response from the customer service, a rip off and bad quality really does not justify the price. Would definitely not advise on using this provider.
I found Luxe Flowers on the internet. I was searching for an appropriate arrangement to send to my sister who was celebrating her 90th birthday. I was in touch with customer service after placing the order with a billing enquiry. The team were most helpful: the flowers arrived on time as promised and my sister was delighted as am I.

I've ordered a rather expensive bouquet and paid the most expensive premium to make sure that it will be delivered on time (Valentine's day). You can imagine my frustration when Royal Mail "couldn't attempt a delivery". Bad enough that the missed the date, but they could not deliver the next day as well. It is rescheduled for Tomorrow now. 2 nights in a storage without a water. Bouquet will be ruined anyway. Just lost £200 for nothing and had to buy something last minute as well...
You may argue that it is not fair to put this entirely on the seller. However, it is them who chooses a delivery company and charges fee for a "garantee" delivery.
This Valentine's Day, my experience with this company was a cascade of letdowns that transformed what was meant to be a romantic Valentine's Day gesture into a series of frustrations and letdowns.
The saga began with my boyfriend's thoughtful order for Valentine's Day flowers, choosing to pay an extra £39 to ensure delivery before 2 pm, as he could not be with me that day. The anticipation of a sweet surprise quickly turned sour as the clock ticked past the promised delivery time with no sign of the bouquet.
Multiple attempts to contact the company for an update went unanswered, leaving me in the lurch, waiting and wondering. After a tedious 10-hour wait, the flowers were delivered—well past the romantic window of Valentine's Day, at 7:30 pm.
When the flowers finally arrived, long after the Valentine's Day charm had evaporated, the flowers themselves were a shadow of what was advertised: a sad array of blooms that bore little resemblance to the beautiful bouquet promised online, certainly not reflective of the nearly £400 paid. I quote multiple of of my friends saying “please tell me he didn’t pay more than £100 for this?”.
In my quest for resolution, I reached out to them through calls and emails, only to be met with a terse response the following day. There was no hint of regret in their words, no attempt to understand or amend the situation. They issued a meager £20 refund for "shipping"—a move that felt more like an insult than a gesture of goodwill. It stood in stark contrast to the £39 delivery charge and the nearly £20 tip we had given, expecting a service that lived up to its promises. Most disheartening was the bouquet that arrived, that looked nothing like the bouquet ordered.
The final straw was an email that could only be described as dismissive, bordering on rude, suggesting that instead of addressing our grievances with a fitting resolution, we should voice our discontent through a review. If only I could attach a photo here, you'd see the stark disparity between the promised and the delivered—a bouquet worth a mere fraction of its price tag.
This experience has been nothing short of appalling. The company's failure to deliver on time, their subpar product, and the inadequate customer service response have left me feeling cheated and disrespected. I hoped for a gesture of love to be handled with care and professionalism, but instead, I was met with negligence and indifference.
I write this review not only as a cathartic release from my disappointment but also as a warning to others. If you're looking for a reliable service that values timeliness, product quality, and customer satisfaction, I regret to inform you that this company may not meet your standards.
