Unreliable and rude people. Not worth my money anymore.
I advise my wife to open an account with them. I had one myself for many years. She invested EUR 5k. I invested 11k. They have a refer a friend program. For each referal they pay you a small amount of EUR 20,- i believe. The do not wanna pay because it's my wife and not a friend...
My wife and I have separate bankaccounts and Investments. Debitum says I misled them and want to harvest a bonus. I feel really upset by this and thinking of leaving the platform. There are more friendly and genuine platforms. This statement of them puts me with my feet on the ground.

0 % de impagos en cinco años es algo raro en el mundo del P2P.
La plataforma apuesta claramente por la calidad de los prestatarios y no por la cantidad.
Por otro lado, el potencial de crecimiento es limitado, ya que la rentabilidad es fija, sin posibilidad de “upside”.

A plataforma é boa, os pagamentos são feitos sem atrasos e a interface é intuitiva.
Mas parece que o Debitum se tornou mais voltado para investidores conservadores.
Na Maclear, a rentabilidade é maior, mas os riscos são um pouco diferentes.
Acho que o ideal é manter parte da carteira em ambas para equilibrar.

Ehrlich gesagt, Debitum hat mich positiv überrascht – Transparenz, Stabilität, alles so, wie es sein soll. Die Rendite liegt etwas über dem Marktdurchschnitt (etwa 13 %), Auszahlungen funktionieren reibungslos.
Nach Bondora und Mintos merkt man, dass hier ein anderer Ansatz verfolgt wird – mehr Kontrolle und weniger Marketing.
Ich habe jetzt Maclear hinzugefügt, um den ROI zu steigern, aber Debitum bleibt für mich die Basis der Stabilität.

Invested here since several years. Smoothly running plattform. Never any problems. I was about the give up my investments here years ago but with CEO change new wind came in and now I am happy that I have even doubled my investment on debitum.

Meine Erfahrung mit Debitum Investment
Am Anfang wirkte alles sehr professionell und vertrauenswürdig. Doch sobald ich versucht habe, meine Gelder auszuzahlen, verlangte man plötzlich zusätzliche Gebühren. Kurz darauf wurde mein Konto gesperrt und ich hatte keinen Zugriff mehr auf mein Geld.
Zum Glück konnte ich dank der Unterstützung von 𝗵u𝗮thu𝗺 mein gesamtes Kapital zurückerhalten. Ich teile meine Erfahrung, um andere vor den Risiken mit Debitum Investment zu warnen und zu zeigen, dass es mit der richtigen Hilfe doch noch eine Lösung geben kann.

We are legally obligated to adhere to strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. We request these documents not to check your creditworthiness (as a bank would for a loan), but to verify the legitimate origin of the funds.
This rigorous compliance is a mandatory standard for regulated European financial institutions and ensures the platform remains secure for all investors.

Meine Erfahrungen bei Debitum sind nur sehr Positiv. Ich bin seit dem 19.01.24 bis jetzt mit über 25.000 Euro investiert.
Klar war die Anmeldung nicht einfach, aber für eine Regulierte Plattform werden halt auch noch andere Daten benötigt. Das ist nun mal so.
Deswegen kann ich die negativen Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen.
Mein Geld( Zinsen) kommt immer pünktlich und ist meist am gleichen Tag schon auf meinem Konto ( Sparkasse).
Bis jetzt gab es keine Ausfälle und ich bin sehr zu frienden.
Debitum ist eines meiner zuverlässigsten P2P-Plattformen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Passiv ziehe ich die Zinsen in Höhe von 300 Euro Monatlich ab. So soll es sein.

A reliable regulated company
I don't recognize the issues in the many recent one-star reviews. I suspect it's a coordinated lender or Disinformation of debitum. I have invested since 2021 and the only issue I have encountered is delayed loans due to the war in Ukraine.
I find it safe to invest in Debitum as it is regulated under MiFID II — one of the most stringent regulatory frameworks in the EU.

Unlike unregulated platforms, we are legally required to strictly adhere to EU Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. We do not withhold funds for our own benefit; we are simply mandated by law to verify the source of funds before processing certain transactions.
This high level of compliance is what ensures the platform remains secure for all investors. As soon as the required verification is complete, your funds will be released immediately.

I have never felt so misled by an investment platform. I invested €12,000 with Debitum Investments after reading their “TrustScore” of 4 out of 5 on Trustpilot, and seeing the 81 reviews, which seemed decent at first. I was looking for alternative investment options, and the platform’s claim of providing business loans across Europe seemed promising.
Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive.
Lack of Transparency: The platform markets itself as an alternative investment solution, but there’s a massive gap in information regarding the businesses you’re actually funding. I had no clear picture of how my money was being used or who was receiving the loans.
Missed Payments and Delays: For the past several months, I’ve been facing significant delays in receiving my expected returns. Not once did they offer any clear explanation for these delays, and their customer service is practically non-existent.
Inconsistent Communication: Whenever I tried to reach out for an update, I received vague responses that barely addressed my concerns. This has caused a lot of frustration, as I was simply left in the dark about my investments.
Total Loss: After months of waiting and hoping, I have lost the entire €12,000 investment. There were no warnings or steps taken to safeguard the investment, and there has been no effort to reimburse or compensate affected investors.
No Accountability: Despite my multiple attempts to get in touch, there has been no significant follow-up. Their "TrustScore" does not reflect the reality of the platform. A score of 4 out of 5 is misleading when the platform fails to meet basic expectations of transparency, communication, and customer service.
In conclusion, I regret my decision to invest with Debitum Investments. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and ultimately the loss of my entire investment of €12,000 have left me deeply disappointed. I would not recommend this platform to anyone looking for a reliable investment opportunity.

It is not true that you have “lost the entire €12,000 investment.” There have been no defaults on Debitum Investments. The only delayed assets are from the Ukrainian loan originator affected by the war, and even those are not considered lost — there is an active restructuring agreement in place, and repayment is expected once the wartime situation allows. Outside of Ukraine, all assets are currently paying on time. We had only one late case in recent months, and that loan has already been fully repaid.
Regarding transparency, we provide detailed information about the loan originators, financials, and project purpose before every investment. On top of that, we actively communicate in our Telegram group, through email updates, and on the platform whenever concerns arise.
We also want to clarify that the Trustpilot TrustScore is based on aggregated user reviews and is not something controlled by Debitum Investments. While we value all feedback, we encourage readers to verify facts, check our published audits, and reach out directly with concerns.
