Bit confused about the reports on insolvency of Debitum Investments - I was first positively suprised of the P2P concept of debitum.investments but it might seem like fraud again.

Extremely pointless, obstructive and unfounded verification process and questionnaire at a level that completely does not correspond to the service they provide and why - for 7 options offered by two providers, therefore de facto no diversification and absolutely ridiculous investment offers
Customer support does not communicate properly.

What nonsense are you talking about? Your investment questionnaire asks questions that are completely unrelated to the second investment. I have not seen such a complicated questionnaire even at Interactive Brookers. I trade with financial derivatives and stocks. And your so-called protection of some banks does not protect investors at all in practice because it does not address whether the projects will be repaid or not, which is what you should mainly focus on and not on bluffing people. But it only addresses the fact that you will not run away with the money we have in your savings accounts and that they are essentially separated in some way. But the protection of investments as such is not addressed at all by any Latvian bank or supervision. The European Union is a stupid institute that only bothers people with its regulations and in practice it has almost no impact. Besides, all honest people are extremely irritated.
And why am I actually going through all this to see six loans from two providers that you keep spinning around?

En general estaba contento con la plataforma, ahora me piden un número de autenticación que no me llega nunca, pido ayuda por el correo que indican ellos mismos y no me han contestado desde el 30/04/25 y haber insistido en dos ocasiones más. Atención al cliente cuanto menos preocupante. A día de hoy sigo con mi dinero ahí "perdido", sin poder entrar.

ACTUALIZO: Me han ayudado correctamente, la plataforma va muy bien. No puedo ponerle 5 estrellas porque considero que han tardado mucho en atenderme y el contacto con ellos no es muy directo teniendo en cuenta que aquí tenemos dinero invertido. Un chat en directo que funcione bien creo que podría ser una solución.

Ich bin auf einigen P2P Plattformen unterwegs aber soviel Private Informationen wie bei DEBITUM musste ich noch bei keiner Plattform eingeben. Ich möchte mein Geld hier anlegen und keinen Kredit aufnehmen. Würde gerne wissen ob mir auch Debitum all diese Daten von ihrem CIO zukommen lassen würde. Für mich ein No Go habe meinen Account wieder löschen lassen.

Changed my habbits!

Transparent and well set-up process, compliant with EU and local (Baltic/Latvian) legislation and tax authority which makes investing and withdrawal very conveniet - no hassle with taxes, as they are subtracted at time of repayment.
Not too many borrowers to finance at the moment but again - strictly vetted companies which reduce investros’ risk but still offer solid return %. Tested smaller sums successfully, will be growing my portfolio for sure.

Easy customer experience, simple registration process.

Reasonable interest rate, with campaigns ROI is around 15%, but I started to invest in the middle of 2024.

Have not experienced delays in the interest payments.

Wollen alles über einen wissen, selbst den Namen des Arbeitgebers. Ich kann verstehen, dass man einige Informationen braucht, aber irgendwo ist auch Schluss. Auf meine Bitte meinen Account und meine Daten wieder zu löschen, wurde ich aufgefordert ein Bild mit mir und meinem Personalausweis zu senden. Ist das überhaupt legal?
