The mini umbrella is great. I regret that the loss sensor did not meet my need.

I had lost my umbrella while traveling Spain just three weeks after I received it. I was considering purchasing a replacement but hesitated on spending the money. Looking through the umbrellas I noticed the guarantee clause and I looked into it. I reached out and customer service was kind enough to guide me through buying a replacement a half off. How could I resist? I was so happy I even purchased a back-up umbrella! Ah, and make sure to *register* your umbrella to take proper advantage of their life-time guarantee.

Honestly, I haven’t used it yet. Also, I ended up with two umbrellas and need to return one. Could you please send me a return label? Thanks!

Solid product, durable, compact, and holds up in the wind.

This is my second mini -- an excellent, portable, durable umbrella. I'm a huge fan of this brand. I love that it will fit in my small purse or in my coat pocket. It's tiny but mighty!

Larger umbrellas are sturdy añd reliable. The mini feels frail. The shaft is easy to bend and not the same precision craftmanship of the larger ones.

I bought the compact umbrella for 2 trips. One to Paris (it rained!) and one to Italy (it rained!)
The umbrella packed light & fit easily into a side pocket of my small backpack. Super easy to use & sturdy!! I was glad it was the size it was because of the crowds in the tourist areas made it easier to get around. Love it & even though I thought it was pricey-it was well worth it. It will last a long time!!
