Great well made product great customer service.

Although I prefer automatic umbrellas, I chose this one due to the small size.

I didn’t get the package that said it was here. The ‘proof of delivery’ was just a couple words saying it was here. No photo or descriptive. I contacted them and was told to ask my neighbors and look around. I told them I already had. They told me to just wait. Thanks, that’s super helpful.

Sometimes you learn a lot about companies when things don’t go as planned. I had a defect in the umbrella sleeve of a recently purchased mini umbrella. I contacted customer support and the initial response was not as expected, pretty much instructing me to buy a replacement sleeve. But upon hearing that was my experience, Davek and specifically Allison at Davek, reached out and said wait, that is not the experience we want our customers to have. She corrected it within minutes and I have a replacement sleeve enroute to me without me having to purchase it. It’s moments like this that build brand loyalty and give confidence that the company does care about the customer experience. I’ve purchased two other mini umbrellas from them, this experience could have ended further purchases or make me committed to all future umbrella purchases to be directed to Davek. Thank you for caring about the customer journey.

Beautiful, well engineered umbrella. Sadly, mine arrived with a small scuff on the activation switch. A small detail, but one I'll notice every time I use it! Otherwise, would have been 5 stars.

Horrible customer service experience. I was forced to talk to someone I never requested to talk to. Manager at this place is emotional and dismissive. Couldn’t take feedback and just leave it at that.

Our solo umbrella had a mishap and broke. We got out our warranty cards, filled in the blanks, a week ago today. In my hand is the new one. Couldn't be easier I'm so glad we chose Davek.

Seems to break down quicker then my $20 umbrella. As other umbellas are made with (water-repelling) materials that do not absorb water, allowing the moisture to sit on the surface and easily roll off. The davek umbrella absorbs and the water doesnt repeal.

Mauvaise qualité mon solo a cassé même pas au bout de 1 an, le tout petit que j'ai également à commencé à s'ecailler pareil au bout de 1 an.
Donc je ne recommande pas, pas de retour du sav et de plus devoir payer les frais d'envoi pour de la mauvaise qualité est rédhibitoire pour moi !
