Very unhelpful company.
The customer service advisors were very helpful however the company as a whole are one of the worst companies I have had to deal with. Overpriced tariffs and trying to speak to someone in person is very difficult. Waited over two hours on the live chat with no response, eventually recieved a response via email.

Good support, simple experience
Support replies to emails in 1 day, app is simple but works and is clear. It doens't allow you to edit direct debits in the app, but I'm sure support can take care of that. Overall, they don't get in the way which is the most important expectation I have for any utility company :)

I have just been on the phone with “Get in touch number for over an hour regarding my outstanding bill.
I have always paid my bill DD.Somehow the last bill was not honoured and remained unpaid.i got a letter for overdue balance.
I have setup another DD and wanted to pay overdue amount.
Atrocious customer care if there were just 6 customers in the Q and I never got ahead of number 3 before I was put back to number 6.How do you explain that when I’m paying for the billing service?
