Worth it
Was looking for good pillow cases, did my research, found a few posts about this website, half good half bad. Decided to give it a go since no other site offered the ones I wanted.
They shipped after a week and arrived without any issues.
As for the product, honestly, didn't find any issues. Bought 2 cases, 160x50 of 2-way+
No scratches, high quality, didn't expect to be this good for such a nice price.
Recommend the site for sure, their tracking is also very active.

A great experience overall! The product is high quality. It took about 3 weeks but was absolutely worth it! After the first week I was concerned about whether the order began production as the tracking system had not updated yet so I replied to an email to let them know. They assured me it was simply due to a holiday in the region and that it would be started soon. Their reply was also quick and polite, great service. As soon as the weekend was over it, production began and the process went smoothly. In this day and age it's hard to know which daki companies are legit and able to supply (due to tariffs and such) but they did a great job and everything arrived as promised!

Good for what you pay for.
So I recently ordered a cover from DakiHeaven. I’ll get straight into the big negative, but also the positives.
It’s not a scam company whatsoever, however their 160x50cm pillow cover just did not fit well for me.
My 160x50cm pillow was from Dakimakuri a pretty popular and legitimate Dakimakura site so I’m very confident they got the right size of the pillow, but I had to release a lot, and I mean a lot of filling before being able to fit my cover on, and even then it just won’t zip whatsoever.
Thankfully it wasn’t enough filling where the pillow wouldn’t be comfortable, but still more than I’d like. I don’t think they sent me a 150x50cm cover, but maybe their covers are meant to fit their pillows.
Still it was possible to fit on after a lot of trying, and here are the positives.
Though the price is so cheap, they did not skip on the quality of the material at all, I got 2 Way Tricot, and though I can’t compare it to another cover right now, I’ll just say that the cover is way more comfortable and silky than I was expecting. It’s really nice to sleep with.
The quality of the print itself is amazing, usually with these kind of websites you’ll notice a decrease in quality of the print, but it’s amazing quality.
I always think you should support the original artists if you get the chance, but some Dakimakura covers just go out of sale, meaning you can’t support the original creator and get the cover you want. So DakiHeaven has a good variety of covers so you have a chance to get one that’s just out of sale.
My cover also arrived really fast, and I got a few emails about tracking which was nice.
For the price, I don’t feel scammed, just be okay with removing a lot of the filling. I’d probably buy from them again compared to other similar sites, their customer support seems good.

I’m sorry the 160×50 cm cover felt too tight on your Dakimakuri pillow. Even within the same “160×50cm” label, inner pillows from different brands can vary in loft and circumference (how “round”/stuffed they are), which can make a new cover feel tighter than expected. We cut our 160×50 to true size with a snug fit to avoid wrinkles, but you should never have to remove a lot of filling or struggle with the zipper.
We’d love to make this right for you:
-If your cover was mis-sized (rare, but possible), we’ll replace it.
-If your pillow runs a bit loftier, we can arrange an exchange to a roomier cut so it zips comfortably.
-If you prefer, we can look at other options that best match your exact pillow.
Quick fit tips that sometimes help with snug pillows:
1. Align corners first, then “taco fold” the pillow lengthwise to feed it in.
2. Start the zipper a few centimeters, then zip slowly while gently compressing the center with your forearm.
3. Make sure the stretch runs evenly and the zipper side isn’t taking all the tension.
Could you reply to your order confirmation (or reach us via our site’s contact page) with your order number and, if possible, two photos: one of the pillow laid flat with a tape measure across the width, and one along the length? That lets our team confirm sizing and arrange the best solution right away.

Good option for custom printed cases
i ordered a custom case from them and the quality is fantastic. the art itself is slightly pixelated, but i think thats because of the canvas size it was drawn on, and not the company’s fault. shipping kind of took forever, but whenever i emailed the company, they eased all of my concerns. i will probably order from them again!
