ordered a custom print for 160x50cm body pillow. ordering was smooth and very clear of all the options and how it would look like. product quality came out great with no fualts and the size is right on. my only complaint is that there was no comunications of how long it takes for Dakiheaven to print the order and as a general rule if i do not hear back from a store within the month for how long it take i get very worried. i only recieved comunications when it was printed and send wich "almost" took a month.

The pillow is a little bit smaller than the cover, but it's still ok.

I had detailed updates on my orders and wonderful customer service. Not to mention how buttery smooth the covers feel. She's as smooth as silk and one of the best purchases I've made in a while ong no cap.

Service is always great. I've ordered a custom daki and recieved a lot of help in getting it to be the size and quality worthy of a good daki.
The upgraded 2-way material is super soft and on par with the original AJ-material, it would seem they now have even better quality ones aswell since my last order so i can't wait to try them out.
Communication is fast and excellent, so is the printing quality. Shipment was okay, it would be nice if they offered expedited shipment.
Regardlessly they have my highest recommendation.

The quality of the daki I got was surprisingly good! I'm always apprehensive ordering from new storefronts online and I saw some negative reviews saying the site was suspect, but the quality of the daki is super nice. That's one of the reasons I'm writing this. I got the 2 Way Tricot, size 150x50cm. It fits the 137.16 x 50.8 cm body pillow I bought from Coop Sleep Goods (I'd like to mention this as reference since I wasn't sure what the pillowcase could fit).

It's very silky soft, stretchy and the print is very clean. I will say, the tricot will show wear a bit faster (I was aware, they do list the difference between materials, make sure you look) but I do like it and I wanted to get a baseline of what to expect from Dakiheaven. The price point was pretty competitive which is a reason I opted to try them out.

My only gripe was it didn't show up as the Christmas present it was intended to be. This didn't really bug me, as it was going to be super busy during the holiday season. For reference I ordered on 12/17/24 and it arrived on 1/2/25. While I was waiting it felt like forever, but in retrospect that's not much time at all.

Tri-cot material is equal to other options at a much more affordable price. Will be shopping here from now on.

Still waiting on my order and it was shipped in two different packages. Hopefully it shows up this year. I would shop elsewhere

I find the store very clear and well structured. I particularly like the fact that you can see the complete print of the cushion cover. Delivery over Christmas/New Year took 3 weeks, which is fine.

The quality of the cushion cover is very good, high density and very soft fabric. The seams were neatly finished and a noname zipper was used at the bottom, but it works well. The print is very good in terms of detail and color. Had contact with the owner in between and all my questions were answered. Overall, I am very satisfied and will certainly order again.

Everything went well. The case I ordered came safely and with tracking, which I find really important. The quality was great too. I like this shop a lot. I didn't have any problems, even though I live in Germany

Bei meiner ersten Bestellung (#2644) wurde der Artikel in der angebenen Zeit geliefert. Dazu gab es eine vernüftige Paketverfolgung mit regelmäßigen Updates.
Der Artikel selbst, war genau wie beschrieben. Qualität ist angemessen. Bei meiner zweiten Bestellung gab es dann eine Verzögerung mit ca. 12 Tagen ohne Update. Nach dem ich den support kontaktiert habe, wurde mir innerhalb von 1 Werktag geantwortet und das problem wurde schnell aufgeklärt und gelöst. Der Support war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Shop-Oberfläche wurde zwischen meiner ersten und zweiten Bestellung überarbeitet und insgesamt sehr gut gelungen. Die Auswahl an Designs ist riesig. Als einziger Nachteil sind mir die langen Lieferzeiten aufgefallen (bei mir ca. 3-4 Wochen). Dies wurde aber vor der Bestellung kommuniziert und ist damit in Ordnung.

Fazit: Eine insgasamt sehr positve Shopping-Ehrfahrung.

I decided to buy my first daki case from Dakiheaven and I must say, it didn't disappoint^^
The quality is good, and the picture on the case is just as it was on the website, I'm now convinced I can buy the inner pillow safely from there too.
The delivery might have been a bit long, but the quality is worth it in the end

It sells trash for triple the price. The one man who runs this fake business admitted to going by an alias: "Dirk Berg"which isn't their name, his shipping address leads to an abandoned house across the street from a church with busted windows and spray paint like a horror movie, and it's all shien quality junk. My order got lost in the mail and came months after ordering (also shipped over 2 weeks after placing the order) and didn't fit my cover, it was too small by about 4 inches. Dirk called me a liar and told me to literally take the stuffing out of the pillow to make it stretch more and that my pillow cover wasn't the right size. I shared screenshots that verified my pillow was the right size and said that I'm not doing that, he shouldnt advertise it to be that size if it isn't, and I wanted to return it and get a refund. He told me I wasn't eligible for one because it should've fit, even though I sent photos that it didn't fit and was the correct size I chose.

I told him I was leaving a bad review. He then threatened to pursue legal action saying I was blackmailing him for a refund, and then blocked my email address. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere legit. The pillow also sucks, it lost fluff within a week. I paid about $70 and ended up throwing it out because it waa uncomfy and smelled like chemicals. it's junk. I went to reddit to share my experiences, and lots of other people had their own similar stories. Don't get scammed like I did.

Edit: to respond to dirks fake concern. Firstly, this guy tried reporting and removing this very review as "illegal and defamation" lol. It was offline and in review for a few days, but since it didn't get removed, he's going this route. Secondly, nothing was offered to make anything right. I was called a liar, told I was blackmailing him, and then blocked. This is the first I'm seeing this person since. If they really wanted to make things right, they definitely could've before. Anyway, don't fall for it. I have nothing to gain in making this up, you can see my other reviews are good, this was one of the worst online shopping things I've dealt with and it's totally a scam by "Dirk Berg" from the middle of nowhere in Europe. You're being given dollar store quality products for over triple the price.

Ordered my second pillow case now and the quality is just in top! The pillow itself is really good too and still like new and was really cheap for how soft and bulky it is. It takes time to ship so definitely be patient but the wait is totally worth it so far in my experience.

I ordered 2 dakimakuras on here one for me one for my friend for his birthday and it came 14 days later and the quality was very good

Ik heb zowel het kussen als de sloop besteld via deze website. Allebei zijn van goeie kwaliteit. Best wel snel geleverd ook. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

I ordered 1 Pillow and 1 Custom case. The pillow itself came very quickly and was very high quality. The case however took a bit over 3 weeks and got stuck in customs where I had to pay about 20$ in fees and VAT since they were not able to confirm the VAT was already paid. The shipping was free so not a huge deal but would have been nice to know beforehand. The value written on pillow case was also of the whole order and not just the case so the bigger your order the more VAT you will have to pay I guess.
Edit: Turned out to be a temporary issue in EU should be fine now
