White toaster and…
Recently bought the white toaster and kettle set. Love them, they look great in my new kitchen. Was a little worried that the water from the kettle would have a plastic taste but concerns weren’t warranted, I haven’t experienced any residual aftertaste.

My NapoliCasa pizza oven is amazing, the quality of the produce and the pizzas it can make are on par with an Ooni!
Customer service has been amazing as well. Very quick to reply. 100% recommend.

Daewoo can not be trusted
The purchase was made and delivery of the item was delivered in a timely fashion. What I was not expecting was the multiples of suspected spam calls on my mobile, Daewoo are the only company I have give my mobile number to, now I'm receiving so many
Spam calls presumably from people they sold my number to. Disgusting behaviour.

Thanks for your feedback – we’re really sorry to hear about the spam calls you've been receiving. Just to clarify, we never sell or share customer details for marketing purposes. The only time your phone number is used is to provide delivery updates via our courier, Evri.
We completely understand how annoying unwanted calls can be, but we want to reassure you this isn’t something caused by us, and we haven’t received reports of this happening from other customers.

I was advised by email that Evri had returned my purchase to Daewoo as I needed to cancel it before delivery. I did wait several days without any refund, hence the initial negative review. Today my refund has been paid in full so the company has fulfilled my request.

U can never get hold of anyone to talk to then when u finally do they take ages to answer if not days when sometimes u need an answer as soon as possible so don't think much to them
