We have had a Daewoo Airfryer before and were really pleased so it made perfect sense to replace it with another Daewoo model. The design is sleek and the settings are intuitive and easy to use with the touch buttons. It is robust and well made. This model actually was less than our previous model and has more features.

This is a second purchase of this item as we liked the first one so much. The price is good and ordering is easy. Commiunication from the seller is great and delivery was very fast. The item was well packaged and delivered in perfect condition. A good all round experience.

Had a cordless vacuum FLR00010 which lasted just on 12 months. Called Daewoo for support and check warranty. They told me it was out of warranty but then asked if I registered it within 28 days. I said no why? They told me if I had it would have had a 3 year warranty. I said thanks for that and would it not be a good idea to tell customers at point of sale. What a sham.
Support agent not very sympathetic.
Also issue is the battery and guess what, you can not get a replacement.
With that I have had to buy another cordless vacuum and I am sure you can guess I have not bought another Daewoo pile of rubbish.
Be warned, don't do a Daewoo
No wonder they don't make cars anymore.

I bought a pack of 3 Daewoo Wi-fi "smart" plugs: not so smart!
They were easy to set up with the SmartHome App and appeared to work as expected. I had such high hopes that I used one to let me re-set my TV recorder without fighting to get to the plug. Unfortunately this one randomly switched off in the middle of the BBC News so I set it aside. Next to go was the one I used for a standard lamp with a fiddly switch. This one switched itself off later in the evening without my intervention so I left it overnight.
Lo! 7.00 a.m. and it switched the light on, (suspiciously at the same time as my air-con). Both the faulty units were plugged-in within 3m of my wi-fi router (same room) so they had a good signal. Thank God I didn't use them for anything vital. I haven't tried the third one as they're going back to the retailer as a pack. N.B.:
I've replaced these with Aldi's 'Status' plugs and have had no such problems with any of them.
Ignore Daewoo's reply below - just more lies and prevarication since after another month they have failed to contact me.

My 14 month old kettles switch stopped working. I contracted the Customer Service under the warranty guarantee. They came back to me within 1 day, asked for a video of the problem. Next day they arranged for a replacement kettle to be sent out. From first contact to receiving replacement, 4 days! Customer service was excellent, communications prompt, friendly and professional. Whilst I was disapointed the kettle had issues after just 14 months, the customer service was so good, it wouldnt put me off buying Daewoo again as I would feel confident if there was an issue they would be able to sort it.

I had high hopes for the Daewoo 4L portable air cooler but these have been dashed.
There is little to no difference when the cooler setting is switched on, the air outlet looks larger but it’s just a thin strip behind the grill so you have to sit on top of it for relief. It’s also noisy…so disappointed.

My Daewoo kettle stopped working after 13 months.
I only purchased the item because it proudly states on the outer box packaging '3 year warranty' on both the front and back.
However, it fails to mention on the outer packaging that the extra two years is extendable if you register within 28 days of purchase and the kettle manual only conveniently mentions this on the very last page of the user manual literature. Probably in the hope the nobody reads this far into the literature. Contacted Daewoo in the hope they would assist as I still had the original receipt but was bluntly told item is outside warranty, and they cannot assist without a ticket number for extended warranty. Absolute joke of a company!. Now considering legal action through small claims court against Daewoo for item not being fit for purpose, as no item should break down 1 month after standard 1 year warranty expires. If any body would like to join me on this journey, then please reply to this post. Update 03.07.25: In reply to Daewoo's customer care reply: The outer packaging art work DOES NOT mention extendable 2 year warranty anywhere!. You are misleading the customer with the false premise that the item is covered with a standard 3 year warranty!!
