Fast and easy process, very helpful!

I usually don’t write bad reviews. I found D1’s customer service very very unprofessional and lacks knowledge of what’s happening with the business. The contact numbers listed on their website 03 9288 7882 and their physical store contavt numbers, none of them work. What’s funny is that they won’t even acknowledge this issue at all.

Be careful with this company. Once they take your money they won’t give it back to you. I wanted to cancel my order and asked for a refund since it was taking way too long. They are mot even acknowledging the fact that I am asking to cancel the order 😂. They kept saying your order will arrive soon, it will be dispatched. I did ask them 7 times but no acknowledgement.

It’s better to order from Amazon or DJI directly.

They took my query and passed it on the manager same day and she took care of everything to get my care refresh plan activated to my Drone so I can start flying. They also gave me numerous email comms to confirm everything and tell me how it was going and when it was finalised so I didnt have to worry about anything. Thanks so much D1 Store!

⭐️ **DJI Osmo Review**

I was really disappointed with my DJI Osmo experience. I purchased the camera from JB Hi-Fi and had only used it around three times before I experienced a serious issue with the camera.

I bought it specifically to use during my holiday in the USA, but unfortunately it stopped working during my trip. This was extremely upsetting because it ruined an important part of my holiday and I lost the opportunity to capture memories that I had planned for.

The camera was hardly used and I always handled it carefully. There was no drop or accidental damage. For a camera that had been used only a few times, I did not expect it to fail like this.

I expected much better reliability from DJI, especially from a premium camera brand. I hope DJI and JB Hi-Fi can look into this properly and provide a fair solution, as I believe this may be a product defect rather than damage caused by misuse.

Very disappointed with my experience and hoping DJI takes responsibility and helps resolve this issue.

From when I first ordered the drone to when I got it (no thanks to Aussie Post) bang! In comes the guys and had it couriered to me!
We were getting ready for the big trip north Australia and missed the 48 hour linking my Care Refresh 2 year plan ( highly recommend it by the way)…
Then I thought great, this will take forever… I’m going to have to ring them… then whalla it’s all approved within 3 days!!!
All I can say they are AWESOME!!!!!!

My experience with DJI Care was with my Inspire 1, which had a little accident that was covered, sent away and not for long and it was back to me like brand new. So well worth getting DJI CARE!! My LAtest DJI Mavic 4pro and DJI Avata both have the 2 yr care on them and will update when it comes close to running out

From our perspective a true measure of a business is how they engage with their customers but more importantly how they respond with issues arising after their purchase. I had purchased a DJI product only to find it was a bit too complicated for us (seniors) and I was extremely impressed how they accepted our return of the item and recommended a camera that suited us the best (which we purchased). am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing directly from the DJI Online Store.
I ordered a DJI Osmo 4 Adventure Bundle expecting the prompt service that many people had recommended. Instead, my order sat unprocessed for over a week with no meaningful updates. I had to contact customer support twice just to find out what was happening, and even then I received little more than generic responses.
If the item was out of stock or there was going to be a delay, I would have appreciated honest communication. Keeping customers waiting without any proactive updates is simply poor customer service.
The product itself may be excellent, but the buying experience has left a lot to be desired. Based on this experience, I would think twice before ordering directly from DJI again and would recommend others consider purchasing through a local retailer instead.

I purchased a drone and then activated it immediately but still have not used it. I only realised a week later that there was a DJI Care Refresh Plan that I could purchase but it had to be purchased within 48 hours of activating the drone. Being a beginner, I was keen to purchase a plan, so I went through the post-48-hour verification process. The process was simple and a DJI representative reached out to me promptly to confirm I was eligible. I followed the simple instructions and was able to purchase and activate a Care Refresh 2-Year Plan. This gives me the comfort and confidence to get the most out of my new drone. Thank you.
