Great product. Setting up was difficult because in the package was incorrect information on Setting up the app. There was no information to use the Cookmix app. Frustrating. You need to remove thst flyer and put the correct information. It DID take longer than advertised to arrive which had me concerned.

Product was as described prompt service nothing bad to say. Highly recommend great product.

It's a solid machine and handles really well. My old mixer had died about a year ago and I had been getting by with a hand-held. I started making home milled bread and quickly realised I needed a mixer (kneading that dough is not like working with store bought flour). After lots of research and looking in stores I chose the Optimum because it has a gear based motor with a decent wattage, and comments from breadmakers about a more expensive Kenwood I was considering were really negative (the KW dough hook was apparently badly designed and didn't knead very well). The pros of this machine are: it sits sturdily while creaming butter and sugar and it can knead bread dough to the highest volume specified in the booklet (there's some slight wobbling but nothing alarming); easy to clean; the knobs are metal (not metal colored plastic); large bowl, great for doubling. Cons: no handle on the bowl and I did get it really jammed in once requiring the husband to unstick it; the dial is just wierd and takes a few uses to get used to eg you have to push it twice to bring the settings up, the increase in speed button is on the left side (tv remotes etc are all on the right so you automatically want to speed it up by hitting the right hand side button), the dial blanks out when you lift the mixer head to add extra ingredients so any timer is canceled and you have to push twice again to bring the screen on again, and you have to keep pushing the button about 50x to set your timer to 10 minutes. It would be better on a dial system. If you're beating a smaller amount of butter and sugar it doesn't really pick it up, and you still need to scrape the bottom of the bowl contents back into the mix, otherwise you get a layer of unbeaten mix at the bottom. But the cons are minor annoyances, I'm really pleased it can handle large batches and kneads beautifully. I bought it for $521 on sale with free and fast delivery to NZ so I feel it's been great for the price, and probably better than more expensive models I could have bought.

Extrem schlechter Kundenservice. ACHTUNG: Bei Inanspruchnahme der Widerrufsfrist muss das Gerät auf eigene Kosten (!!!) nach Polen (!!!) verschickt werden. Im Anschluss gab es extreme Verzögerungen der Rückerstattung, keinen direkten Kontakt, viele automatisierte bot-Antworten. Sehr unangenehme, langwierige und nervraubende Erfahrung!

I have used the Optimum 600XL Cold Press Juicer for 2 weeks and can now place an honest review. To begin with the set up was a bit awkward,but typical kiwi style didnt read the manual,instead trying to be an instant “MacGyver”Upon following instructions the tricky part was clicking the lid to lock in the micro-switch for fear of breaking something as it took a bit of pressure.However all went well.The experience using the optimum is fantastic for a number of reasons and recommend this Juicer for the ultimate satisfaction.

I was very excited to get my Froothie, as my daughter kept on at me how amazing they were, having had hers for 12yrs. After using a inferior product this was like hitting the jackpot. Smoothies on top of list at moment. Wow just love it !
I was very impressed with the service as well. Ordered it and was delivered within 2days.

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from this company.

My experience has been extremely stressful and upsetting. I purchased a Thermocook appliance which turned out to be faulty, and instead of receiving straightforward support, I was met with poor communication and what felt like dismissive and inconsistent responses.

I followed all instructions given to me when returning the item, including carefully packaging it with padding and fragile tape.

This felt very unfair and, honestly, quite personal in the way it was handled.

At one point, I also felt verbally attacked during communication, which made the situation even more distressing and difficult to deal with.

The whole situation has had a real impact on my mental health. What should have been a simple warranty issue turned into a long, drawn-out process that left me feeling stressed, unheard, and frustrated.
Although I have now received a refund, the overall experience was exhausting and not something I would want anyone else to go through.

Please think carefully before purchasing, especially if you expect reliable after-sales support

Product delivery was fast. I was able to receive the blender in just 3days. Love the commercial blender that we bought. So efficient and was able to blend the frozen fruits smoothly.
