I tried out this panel and even purchased some paid extensions, I decided to go another direction and canceled everything. One of the subscriptions didnt cancel and they keep billing me for it. I have emailed them multiple times and even contacted stripe to report them. Mu card provider is going after them now to stop the fraudulent charges. Stay away from these people. Thieves!

After using cpanel and directadmin I switched to Cyberpanel and immediately added the paid add-ons. You can tell that Cyberpanel is a bit less advanced technically, but it is definitely a mature product! It is perfect for managing your own domains.

I also needed support, and the response time was very short. I often had a solution within 6 hours. That is really fast!

In short; I can definitely recommend cyberpanel to everyone! Especially for people who find cpanel way too expensive.

I bought the service in this 7 days period, tryed to contact them, tichet/email/livechat without response.. 60 usd was paid for NOTHING.

Dont pay for addons, they are hungry!

STAY AWAY! SECURITY RISKS AND REFUND SCAM!
Just like many other people, I have found this panel to be not ready for production, plus they ask money for any addon (most of them are needed to have a decent environment).
On top of that, the security faults this panel has faced due to poorly written code (with more than 20.000 servers hacked) as well as this company's shady online reputation, have made me reconsider this software.
- SUPPORT DOES NOT EXIST -
Their website chat is dead, no one is replying. I have tried to contact them multiple times with no luck.
I've managed to get just one e-mail from support where someone was asking my e-mail id to fix an error, which I have never reported.
- THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY -
I have filed a refund request, since I am in the 7-days window where they say they offer a refund. I paid full price so there is not even the usual "you used a coupon" excuse they use to avoid refunds.
They have stopped replying ever since and just like many others have experienced here, I think they are trying to keep the money. In the end, they won't be able to keep it and they have even more damaged their reputation. No one should trust these people.
This is VERY SERIOUS and it is a RED FLAG for everything, even for trying for free their software.

I am going to write other reviews in the Web Hosting forums, on Reddit and VPS forums. I encourage other people to do the same. The more people know what to expect from CyberPanel, the more people will try and find a decent alternative.

Great free open source hosting control panel with free forum/community support and a variety of paid support options.

I use it on VPS servers to host my own websites and some client sites. It works wonderfully, is easy to setup, maintain and manage, and comes with a whole suite of features, including security, backup, email, DNS and more... to cover pretty much all of your hosting needs.

There are a few little idiosyncrasies / usability foibles that crop up here and there (hence the four stars) but for the most part Litespeed web server's speed and cacheing prowess, alongside Cyberpanel's easy to navigate GUI for server management, makes for a winning combination when it comes to managing your web hosting server.

I have rarely needed support, which says a lot about the stability of the platform, but the few times I have, the answer has been available on the community forum, or direct from the team at Cyberpanel.net via their support ticketing system.

I had several problems with my ubuntu distribution, from the release of ssl certificates to the malfunction of ftp services. They were present, quick in responding and competent. They offered to reinstall ubuntu and install Cyberpanel so far beyond their duty. All solved!

i am not a technical person, i expected cybepanel easy as cpanel, but actually not... however it is affordable for what they offer and their support team aiming high to solve all issues and reply quick.

I honestly don’t know how CyberPanel has so many positive reviews. My experience with them has been nothing short of terrible. I’ve used a lot of hosting panels over the years, and CyberPanel is by far the worst. It’s buggy, unreliable, and their support is a complete joke.

The features they advertise sound great—OpenLiteSpeed integration, SSL automation, 1-click WordPress installs, backups, email management—but nothing works as it should. The WordPress installer constantly broke with permission errors, SSL certificates failed to validate without any clear error messages, and backups? Restoring them was a nightmare. Sometimes the restore didn’t work at all, or worse, only restored part of the data.

The email system is even worse. Spam filters are completely ineffective, and setting up DKIM and DMARC is way more complicated than it needs to be. It felt like every feature was only half-finished, and I was constantly troubleshooting things that should have worked out of the box.

What really pushed me over the edge was their support. I purchased their premium plan because I thought it might solve some of these issues. Big mistake. When I reached out for help, their responses were slow, generic, and often completely unhelpful. I requested a refund within their so-called 7-day trial period, but they denied it because I had used a coupon code to make the purchase. Seriously? Refunding a digital product costs them nothing, but they couldn’t even do that to make things right.

I’ve since switched to another control panel, and the difference is like night and day. Everything works as it should, and the support team is actually helpful. I honestly don’t know how CyberPanel has so many glowing reviews unless people are only using it for very basic setups or haven’t tried anything better. If you’re considering it, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. It’s not worth the frustration.

Don't waste your time, money and energy with CyberPanel. The worst service ever. They got hacked few months ago. Their ticketing system is non functioning. Lots of broken links on their sites. Overall the worst overseas service I got.

I purchased a one-time add-on, but I have been unable to use it. The support team assured me that my issue was straightforward, yet several days have passed without resolution. Subsequently, I requested a refund; even though their refund policy is seven days, they refused, citing that I had utilized a discount code they provided. I only sought a refund for the amount I had paid, but they continued to decline my request, resulting in my loss of the entire sum within just five days.

My overall assessment is that the service is subpar, the support is inadequate, and I feel as though I have been swindled out of my money.
