Very bad experience with CyberPanel VPS hosting. First of all, I couldn't create any website on my panel until I contacted support and solved it within 2 days!
Another thing, I told them that I want to remove my payment method from my account because I don't want to pay for your services anymore, they said it has been sent to sales departement. The issue still not solved from 3 day.
I don't recommend this hosting at all.

Software is quite bad, if you upgrade, you have to fear that you can not login anymore.
When I upgraded to 2.4, the login broke and I had to give root-access to idian people who I do not know, only that I can login again!
Then the SSL creation broken and I am unable to create ssl certs for new pages I created in the panel.
Since the root rce incident happened, it looks like, not much has changed for the better. -_-

Terrible experience, platform is borderline scam

As soon as I registered, I noticed there are no terms and conditions available on the platform: no clear information about user rights, obligations, or how personal data is managed. This alone should be a huge red flag for anyone.

But it gets even worse: there is absolutely no way to delete your personal data or your account. Once you enter your credit card (required just for “verification” and not even after making a purchase), you CANNOT remove it, not even if you haven’t bought anything. There is simply no option to delete your card from your profile, not even by contacting support.

Speaking of support: they NEVER reply to tickets; they simply close them without an answer, and emails asking for explanations are systematically ignored as well.

A site like this shouldn’t even be online: no transparency, no respect for privacy, no customer support. Once you register, you’re trapped, and your data—including your credit card—remains in their hands with no way to remove it.

I strongly advise against using this platform: terrible experience, awful management, and a service that’s borderline fraudulent.

I actually learned web server management through Cyberpanel and Open light speed. I have been using them for many years now, never had a major issue.

The only time I experienced a minor issue (couldn't reach the cyberpanel's URL), they were quick enough to respond and resolve the problem. They have a great community and actually provide a great support when asked.

From user experience perspective, Cyberpanel is a great tool with many options to help you manage your web server. They provide an extra layer of security tools from the dashboard that are hard to bit anywhere else in the free open source web management panels.

When I started using Cyberpanel, I only have used cpanel previously, and cyberpanel seemed like a much more user friendly option.

I need to point out that there is a small learning curve at the beginning, but this learning curve is present for every web management panel you will start using when you are a beginner.

Still a bit raw from all the drama the last two years but this weekend and today was a good experience. Assisted me with an SSL issue on a domain and helped me resolve 7 sites that just randomly went down with a 503 error. All up and running now.

My experience with CyberPanel Pro add-ons has been deeply disappointing. After purchasing the full add-on package for one year, I encountered multiple issues:

None of the advertised add-ons functioned properly
Customer support was unresponsive to my concerns
When I requested a refund, I received no reply
My billing history doesn't appear in my account dashboard
Support requested my VPS and CyberPanel credentials instead of properly troubleshooting
I'm still unable to use basic functionality like backups that was promised with the paid plan

I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. The lack of working features combined with poor customer support makes it impossible to justify the cost.

I have tried many panels that are free to use, but I like CyberPanel the best.

Bad costumer service. the panel is outdate and a lot of tools are broken. the add ons are cheap but half developed. Its a scam I tried my best to reason with them and thy still didn't what to offer a solution nether help me.

I’m absolutely disgusted with CyberPanel and their shady, predatory business practices. If you’re thinking about buying their web hosting control panel, DON’T—unless you want to be scammed out of your money like I was. Let me break down the nightmare I’ve been through so you can avoid falling into their trap.

I purchased a CyberPanel license a few days ago, hoping for a reliable web hosting solution. Instead, I got a broken product riddled with issues: WordPress wouldn’t install properly, DNS management was a mess, and there were constant bugs that made the platform unusable. I spent hours trying to fix these problems, but nothing worked. Frustrated, I decided to request a refund—something they claim to offer with a 7-day refund period for one-time payment plans, as stated in their emails.

Here’s where the scam begins. When I contacted their support (Shoaib Khan Khattak), they refused to process my refund, claiming there’s a “no refund on discounted purchases” policy because I used a coupon code. EXCUSE ME?! This policy is NOWHERE on their website—I’ve checked every page, and there’s not a single mention of it! They LURE you in with coupon codes on their homepage, making you think you’re getting a deal, only to use that as an excuse to deny your refund when their product fails. This is straight-up deception, and it’s disgusting.

I emailed them multiple times, explaining that I’m not interested in their support or troubleshooting—I just want my money back. But Shoaib kept dodging my request, offering “support” instead of addressing the refund. I even sent them a screenshot of my receipt to verify my purchase, but they still refused to budge. They’re clearly stalling, hoping I’ll give up. Well, I won’t!

What makes this even worse is that their website has NO refund policy listed anywhere. They advertise a 7-day refund window in their emails, but then pull this hidden “no refund on discounted purchases” nonsense out of nowhere. This isn’t just bad customer service—it’s a deliberate scam to trap customers. They take your money, deliver a broken product, and then refuse to refund you by citing terms they never disclosed. How is this legal?!

I’ve had to escalate this to multiple authorities because CyberPanel is based in Escondido, CA. I’ve reported them to the California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) and the California Attorney General for their deceptive practices. I’ve also filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to ensure their scam gets on the radar of federal authorities. On top of that, I’m filing a chargeback with my credit card company and considering small claims court if I have to. I’m also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) because this kind of predatory behavior needs to be stopped.

To anyone reading this: DO NOT BUY FROM CYBERPANEL. They’re a scam operation that will take your money and leave you with a broken product and no way to get a refund. Their coupon code trick is a trap to lock you in, and their lack of transparency is a clear sign they don’t care about their customers. Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company instead. I wish I had seen a review like this before I made the mistake of trusting them.

CyberPanel, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I’ll keep fighting until I get my money back, and I’ll make sure everyone knows about your shady practices!

A convenient panel for controlling VPS, if you need to manage VPS personally, then this is a good choice. There are times to which you need to get used to, but no such problems. Support always answered ticks and the problems were solved, there were few of them.

There was a story that everyone was hacked, and it was a problem of people who were not updated until the last update. And I got under the hack, there were backups on the hosting side of me, as well as configured protection simply turned off all the access and blocked everything, so nothing was injured besides the temporary nerves.

I can recommend use.

Been using Cyberpanel for about 2 years now.
This morning, 2 of our VPS's control panels were unavailable due to some error.
Contacted Cyberpanel support. They replied almost instantly, accessed the macines and solved all thr problems in less than an hour.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Cyber Persons is hands down the most incompetent, unreliable, and deceitful hosting provider we have ever dealt with.

Our VPS, their control panel, their entire customer portal, and support system all went offline for over 7 HOURS, leaving our LIVE production website completely down, costing us money, clients, and reputation. Their total lack of communication during the outage was unacceptable, and we were left in the dark with no way to reach support since their entire infrastructure collapsed.

But wait—it gets worse. After demanding a full refund and cancellation, they started playing delay tactics, making excuse after excuse, refusing to issue a refund immediately, and holding our payment details hostage by not allowing us to remove them from their broken system. This is a clear violation of GDPR and consumer rights, yet they still refused to comply.

Their so-called “customer support” is nothing more than a shameless attempt to stall and frustrate customers into giving up. Instead of honoring our cancellation request, they begged us to stay, offered us a laughable “one free month” as if that could fix their utter failure, and continued dodging their responsibilities.

At this point, Cyber Persons is not just a bad hosting provider – they are a borderline scam operation. If you value your business, your data, and your sanity, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We have already taken legal action, filed a GDPR complaint, and processed a chargeback through our bank.

Avoid this nightmare of a provider. There are far better hosting companies out there – Cyber Persons is nothing but a disaster waiting to happen.
