Buggy product. Non-existent support. Impossible to get a refund with "money back guarantee." I had to initiate a credit card charge back. Recently started re-sending spam with non-functioning unsubscribe link. These guys should be banned from web-hosting.

I don't recommend this software at all.

I have tried contacting them through their chat, through ticket system, through discord, through facebook, I only get ignored, not answered and Facebook comments removed. I am happy to add all screenshots here.
Their unsubscribe button on the mail takes to a broken page, so it is not possible.

Everything alright. Now their support is faster than previous time.

When I was migrating my VPS server, Cyberpanel offered me a temporary server and moved all my sites, emails and data to the temporary server and back the to the new permanent server without losing any information or data. I have been using WHM/cPanel for a very long time and the exorbitant fees made me look for alternatives. I was on the lookout for OpenLiteSpeed compatiblity and found CyberPanel. I just wanted something that allows basic tweaks seamless and rely on SSH only on complex configurations. CyberPanel gives exactly that. I am using version 2.4.4 and yes, there are minor bugs here and there, but nothing you can't fix yourself if you do understand how it works. If you don't, just fire up a ticket and the admins will be more than happy to assist. This is where CyberPanel really shines. The support is insanely fast. Sure, they're heavily relying on AI for responses, but there's real human on the other side. 95% of the responses are accurate and if you're afraid to do the tweaks yourself, they can even do them for you, so the accuracy of it doesn't really matter. Typically they reply within 5 - 10 minutes which makes it feel like its a live chat rather than ticket system. I know one thing for sure, I'm definitely staying here now. I bought the license without having to think much. If you want a working webserver that doesn't burn a hole in your pocket and still get world class support, you're at the right place!

Total garbage and a waste of time. Ran for a while, then went totally bonkers on the first SSL renewal, corrupting the PEM, and corrupting Django. The paid backup service doesn't work, the firewall setup is a mess, and more. Not compatible with Ubuntu 24. Avoid this panel at all costs.

I recently purchased a CyberPanel license, but unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to my expectations. I’ve encountered several bugs and issues that make it difficult to use the software.

Because of this, I would like to request a refund for my license purchase. But there has been no reply to several of my mails?!

I signed up for Cyberpanel's own managed wordpress hosting plan because the plans were cheap and the website is surprisingly fast. I didn't know it will be a whirlwind of events that will consume a lot of my time responding when I will be refunded my money back.

Pros
- Managed WP plan is cheaper than other sites.
- Managed WP plan is Discount upon purchase
- Support is quick to respond at most times and are willing to help

Cons
- The Managed WP plan is just a shared hosting plan which uses the Cyberpanel software. Your website is not managed by the website at all.
- They do not offer migrations and you have to help yourself to do it, without any easier ways to migrate your website on their cyberpanel software unless you raise a ticket and they act on it with corresponding fees. They were also not transparent with this.
- They were able to help me migrate my website when I raised a support ticket, but I did not see the website in the provided panel. Due to this reason, I cancelled my plan on October 21st because I am dissatisfied with how it's going, and I have requested a refund after I cancelled my plan.
- Support was nothing but these - (1) they wanted to migrate again the website for a fee and put the balance in a VPS plan which I did not sign up for, (2) they keep on giving me offers when I have already raised a ticket asking for a refund, and (3), they do not want to refund me by changing the date of my ticket from October 21 to 27, and referring to the FAQs which

The support / admin root user seems to be from Bangladesh based from the hidden entries when my Cyberpanel is loading. I suggest you keep away from their own website hosting if you're not used to using Cyberpanel software for your servers.

Don’t use this horrible software full of bugs and spams you to purchase their services pretty much everywhere you click, Wordpress won’t even install without a million errors, with other competitors panels works first try no issues.

dont know what happend to them , it was the best panel i am using it for year but in recent years cybersecurity become a main issue.

i think they are not working on this project anymore properly.

with new UI looks broken part by part attached somehow , some text even cant be seen properly in 13/14 inch laptop screen , maybe need microscope and every option i click asking to buy the extra plugin advertisement :/

2020-2023 got the best support from this panel .

but now its getting out of hand.

maybe its time to move to another for change.
