Spammy company.

They started spamming one of my email. I then contacted them using a second email and now they spam the second one too.

Their unsub link is useless, can't unsub.

Honestly, my experience with CyberPanel has been terrible. I started getting marketing emails from them even though I never signed up for anything. I unsubscribed several times, yet the emails kept coming like nothing happened. I even contacted their support directly and got zero response.

What makes this worse is that I explicitly sent GDPR data-removal and objection requests, which they completely ignored. That’s not just bad practice — it’s seriously illegal under EU law. Ignoring consent and lawful data requests is a huge red flag. Very unprofessional and honestly concerning behavior from a company handling server software.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON CYBERPANEL SECURE VPN. This is a complete scam. I paid for a Dedicated IP service (Receipt #1668-6062) FIVE DAYS AGO, and they have failed to provision it.

I have reached out to their support multiple times, and they have completely ignored me while keeping my money. This is a textbook "misleading sale"—they advertise features they cannot or will not deliver. They are quick to take your payment but go silent when it’s time to actually provide the service.

I am now forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank. Avoid CyberPanel at all costs unless you want to donate your money for zero service. Disgusting business ethics.

Been using cyberpanel since 2022, It's been an awesome journey for me. Great support and community for a free panel and I still use them till date.

I have a issue with my email deliverability and they solved all everything . The admin and support team really did a great work. Their response is very fast. I never lack. Also also get knowledge and understanding in something we shared together when trying to solve the issue

The customer service is 12 out of 10. Extract points on speed and informative response.

And I am a free tier user. For now. =)

Have never experienced such detailed and prompt answers. They do their best to help you find a solution to any problem.

I had a very disappointing experience with CyberPanel.

I was billed twice, including a charge made after I had already been told my account and payment details were removed and that no further payments would be taken.

When I raised this through support, replies took days. Each time, I was assured the situation was serious and that both payments would be refunded. Despite multiple follow-ups, the refund has not been issued, and I am now out of pocket by more than $120.

What made the situation worse was receiving what appeared to be a series of template responses rather than real progress toward resolving the issue.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing services here. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and to monitor their billing closely.

Since the Integration of Chatbot on the CyberPanel support, I have not been able to access a human support and their bot does not have the capability to handle specific tasks that requires human support.
For the past 10 days All I keep getting is sorry I understand your pain, we would forward your request to a human agent..

As a beginner and hobbyist I have recently began using Cyberpanel VPS and running their panel on it. When using their vps you get access to all their premium plugins (when using cyberpanel on it) and receive fantastic support for their panel + plugins & the VPS server.

So far I have received amazing managed support that goes above and beyond for the price. Their ticket replies are always comprehensively detailed and if it is an issue they don't support directly fixing themselves they have still provided me advice and steps to take to resolve (ie 3rd party software configurations)

My host location uses more modern, high quality infrastructure such as EPYC CPUs, NVME SSDs and a 10GB connection)

They also offer additional services such as 9k/mo free Hosted emails (SMTP) which is perfect for hobbyists and micro / small business to use clean & trusted IPs that will reach the users inbox (not spam folder).

Overall Cyberpanel have created a fantastic affordable web panel and provide high quality hosting & support.

Amazing &fast response, always trying to find a solution to the problems i face, really recommends this new support

Moving away from paid control panels, to a free one is always a massive risk!

Are they going to have the features I need? What kind of support can I get? Is the control panel even secure?

These were questions I asked myself when deciding to give Cyberpanel a try.

Installing it on a new VM on my server was a breeze, everything installed without an issue.

Though once installed I did have a couple of issues, so to answer one of the questions earlier, I emailed support, within 20 minutes of my ticket being opened, it was answered, my issue was fixed and everything was good to go !

Do I still have other issues? Yes, but I am talking with support to rectify these as we speak.

Are these issues something that will stop me from using Cyberpanel as opposed to the other paid for panels that are out there? Nope.

I will stick with Cyberpanel from now on.

Resolveu o meu problema rapidamente.

I was not knowing they are providing good support via email. They fixed my 3 issues without any charges, all issues were technical, guided so well so that i can do by myself next time.

I have been using CyberPanel for several years. Here is an honest Op of my experience:

The Good
CyberPanel by far is the most powerful Open Source platform on the market. Docker built in, SMTP built in, Cloudflare, integrated with Redis and Litespeed. The only expense is for advanced plugin features that make your life easier, which also monetizes / allows them to provide support. Year on end the product continues to improve.

The Friction
Bootstrapping an ambitious Open Source project with limited team and resources. Over the years support has been hit and miss. Sometimes frustrating ( I was on the brink of quitting). Without strong support, if you are not competant in SSH, in the past this would absolutely frustrate anyone enough to have a negative sentiment towards CyberPanel. This said Usman & Shoaib over the years, when they could get to my ticket, they always have done there best to resolve the problem.

The Roadmap and How they are Improving:
Personally, Ive noticed major improvements to UI/UX on CyberPanel. There still quirks as per normal.Yet they have figured how to monetize additional services, like ai scanners, backups, etc. With the addtional revenue streams, THE SUPPORT has drastically improved. They upgraded the support & ticketing portal recently and I can tell you support is 100x better today then when I started using CyberPanel in Cloud Console. I am writing this review today, because I submitted 2 tickets yesterday, revolving around n8n, docker, containers and technical issues. Both tickets were resolved in under an hour, with notations, commments, what was fixed and how I can self service the problem in the futures. 'BLEW MY MIND!' CyberPanel is getting better at this, Keep up the Good Work!

Didn't work on my system. It's NOT FREE. I asked for a refund on the next day of purchase and they never paid.
Worse, this year they charged me again without authorization.
No one answers their emails or billing questions.
The billing is done by a company in the middle east. Shady.
