Avoid at all costs
I went into the Whitby shop, could fault the service there, however this is not true for the head office and customer services.
I purchased a bracelet (on line) which was not as described when it arrived. It cost me just under £10 postage to return.
They said in an email the postage costs would be refunded.
Long story short after all sorts of excuses and emails the money for the bracelet was eventually refunded 5 weeks after they received it. Despite saying it would take 7-10 days.
Customer services then completely refused to refund the postage. The staff were rude, and their tone aggressive.
I would never deal with them again, and advise to keep clear.
The one star is for customer services not the staff in the shop who probably deserved 4 stars.

Zero star would be most appropriate for this business. Unfortunately, my experience is on par with many who have left their disappointed reviews. I bought 2 watches at the beginning of Dec 2024. One was dispatched promptly, however, it arrived with the wrong watch strap. the one they sent was much shorter than the one was supposed to come with the watch. They sent an email indicating they had to special order the other watch with the brand. Well, that was not advertised when I bought the watch, but believing them to be an authorized dealer/reseller, I didn't think anything of it. Until, the watch never arrived, and after making multiple attempts to contact them, they finally responded to indicate they are no longer working with this brand and they couldn't source the watch I had bought. What a bunch of baloney. They were marketing products as in stock, then told me they had to order them, to where the watch is no longer available and they are no longer doing business with the brand. That was horrible mate. It's almost 4 months, I am still waiting for them to make me whole in this horrendous purchasing experience. They have only provided me partial refund, after I contacted my credit card company to report them.
Utter rogues
Utter rogues. No answer to any phone calls, respond via e-mail with a cut and paste response. Waiting for weeks for an £800 order.

Falsely advertised free gift with item I purchased I mainly bought the necklace for the free gift as it would be value for money.
I spoke with the rudest manager named Hany refused to give me the free gift after it was clearly advertised with no other information on the free gift, they refuse to take any accountability for their mistake will never ever go to this jewellers again!
Avoid at All Costs – Deceptive Practices and No Communication
I deeply regret purchasing from CW Sellors / Jura Watches. I ordered a Fenix 7S Pro Sapphire Solar Carbon Grey Titanium on 7th January 2025, which was advertised as in stock. The estimated delivery was 7–10 days, but it is now 22nd January, and the item has still not been delivered.
When I chased the company, they claimed they had only ordered the watch from Garmin on 7th January and that Garmin’s shipping timeframe is 1–3 working days. Despite this, there has been no update, no watch, and no resolution. Even worse, they have now completely ignored my follow-up emails.
After reading their Trustpilot reviews, it’s clear that my experience is not unique. Many customers report the same pattern: items advertised as "in stock" are not delivered, emails are ignored, and there is no accountability.
This situation has left me questioning whether the company is operating fraudulently. Based on their practices, I now have serious concerns about whether I would even receive an authentic product if it eventually arrived.
I’ve since contacted my finance provider to investigate this matter further, as it appears this company is failing to meet its obligations under UK consumer law.
Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial risk—do not buy from CW Sellors / Jura Watches. This company has lost all credibility, and I wouldn’t trust them with another penny of my money.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Placed 2 orders with them for almost £1000. It stated 3 to 3 weeks wait. After not receiving my order at 6 weeks they then told me it was going to be another 4 weeks. 10 weeks in total. I asked for a refund and they totally ignored my request. I'm out of pocket by almost £1000. I now have yo take them to court to get my money back. Don't buy from this company. Terrible customer service. Just walk all over you and ignore your requests. Diabolical company!
Promised refund never arrived
Put in an order for three pieces of jewellery, together worth 733£, on 28 Nov. First item was promptly delivered - great.
Then the nightmare began. The remaining two items had to be ordered. CWSellors promised they'd send me an estimated delivery date. They never did, in spite of me repeatedly asking them about it.
On 20 Dec, I called. They tried to get me to pick other, in-stock pieces instead. I refused and requested a cancellation. They reluctantly stated that I would get a refund within 14 working days at the very latest.
Every other day, I checked whether I'd gotten my money back - nothing. 13 Jan was the final refund date. Still nothing. I chase down CWSellors yet again, and am promised the refund will be in my account that evening at the very latest.
Two days later, still nothing.
Long story short: NEVER buy from CWSellors unless the item is in stock. Promised refunds do not materialise - they basically stole 600£ from me! Disgusted by these business practices.
I will now file an official chargeback complaint with my bank.
Avoid
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. While they seem professional during phone calls, they consistently fail to take the initiative in providing updates or apologising for delays. My order was placed on 24 November with a promise of delivery by Christmas. As of 6 January, I still had no watch. When I raised my concerns, Josh implied only positive reviews should be considered credible, despite my experience being consistent with other negative feedback. They attributed the delay to Tissot, but this does not excuse the lack of communication. I have now requested a refund but overall it has been a very disappointing experience.
Ordered a watch for my wife’s birthday…
Ordered a watch for my wife’s birthday in November for the beginning of December, paid over £400 and still not received.I asked for a refund but not received! They don’t answer emails so fortunately paid by PayPal so filed a dispute so hopefully will get my money back.

Was Promised a 2 week delivery.
After 2 weeks I emailed sinn to see what the hold up was..Sinn said there was no order from cw sellors in and yet they have the sinn watch in stock and ready to ship.
Immediately after the sinn email I spoke to a cw sellor customer service advisor who informed me sinn was out of stock and were waiting for a restock of the watch and the order was in..which was the total opposite of what Sinn was saying..so I challenged him with my email and he had no answer.
Luckily I paid using PayPal so opened up a case which is going through now..cw sellors never bothered responding to PayPal but at the very last moment cw sellors told me not to escalate it as it would take longer to get my refund through PayPal and they would refund me quicker in 14 working days…!?
No thanks ill let PayPal issue me my refund and will be a lot quicker…and PayPal issued an immediate refund..no case to answer.
Buyer beware as it seems they like holding your money- not ordering and not delivering your watch…where do they stash your money whilst holding it and gaining interest i wonder..?!
Definitely Use PayPal if ordering from this company.

There is also another C W Sellors Jewellers on Trust Pilot (same company) so also check there for BAD reviews. I have left one. Same experience, took my money start of December, watch not in stock, telling me the watch was being ordered from Switzerland but no dates given. Eventually told it wasn't going to be before Christmas. Requested refund which is now going to take 14 working days! Completely screwed me over for Christmas.
I am wondering if any other customers would be interested in us all going to Watchdog (pardon the pun!) to highlight this company and the way they are effectively borrowing money off the public interest free and not providing the goods???
Let's get them in the spotlight and make them accountable.
Poor customer service and no product!
Browsed the site and saw an excellent offer for a Tissot watch. I mulled over leaving it in the basket prior to purchase. I had two calls from the company asking if I wanted to purchase and eventually chose to order.
I got an email confirming purchase and have sent two further emails chasing up. Nothing!
I have phoned twice and spoke to representatives twice, first time told it would be sent soon, second awaiting delivery from Switzerland. Still no watch, no contact from the company and no timescale.
Wanted it for Christmas (ordered beginning November) cannot see it happening.

Ordered an item for a friend over 6 months ago now. The item has still not delivered. I have chased this several times and been ignored. Unfortunately read the reviews and seen this appears to be a regular occurrence of selling items they dont have in stock and then failing to deliver, refusing to engage or process a refund.
Read the 1 star reviews before making any purchases with this company, especially last minute Christmas purchases. What a pain in the arse and a waste of time having to chase them, request a charge back by my bank and filing a report with trading standards.
I will never ever shop with this company again. Dreadful.
Terrible Experience
Having bought a necklace for my partner last November as a Christmas present, I expected the same level of service....Unfortunately not on this occasion.
Placed the my order for a bracelet at beginning of November, as soon as it went through I was informed by email, that they didn't have aforementioned item in stock, but would receive it within 3 to 4 weeks. At end of November I emailed them requesting an update to be told that big shipment from supplier was in delay.
I found this strange and followed up a week later by phone, was told not to worry, plenty of time before Christmas and that I'd receive package within a week or so. I'm sat here typing this, having made an order to the supplier earlier,as no one answering emails or phone from CW Sellors now. And, funnily enough I will now have the bracelet end of the week.
Fortunately I am dealing with Klarna, and have requested a refund. Hopefully I'll get more through them than some other reviewers have had on here. For me what CW Sellors have done (taken 2 instalments of payment via Klarna) is tantamount to theft, given they did not have items in stock. I just hope people read this before buying from them.

I ordered a ring back in September and was told it would be a week to 10 days for delivery. I am still waiting for the ring despite being told it will be here soon and it will definitely be delivered before Christmas!!. ? Well not holding my breath .
Not happy
I placed an order on the 4th of November and today I have been told that they are waiting for stock to come from abroad having been told I would receive my order in the next 5 days which is conflicting information I would definitely not use this company again and have now had a refund and trying to find another source for my Christmas order.

I paid for an item but I still haven't received it after a month passed. They didn't get in touch until I contacted them. I eventually asked for refund but no reply. They excused their delay due to black Friday but my order was monthly before of the black Friday. Terrible company with customer service.
Awful company
Awful company. Made an order 7 weeks ago still not received it. Being told excuse after excuse. The discount is very tempting to order from them, but if you actually want your order then I suggest you order it from somewhere else. Yes it might be more expensive but atleast you will actually get your order

Terrible company. Ordered a Barrington Watch Winder that never arrived. Lots of false promises about delivery, but after 8 weeks of waiting I got bored and cancelled the order. They blamed Barrington saying they were manufacturing it, but I don’t believe it. Still waiting for my refund, but luckily I paid on my credit card so will request a chargeback.
Their WhatsApp support is great until you challenge them then they just stop replying. Emails the same, reply at first then stop when they run out of excuses.
I’d steer well clear.
