This is my second time using CVS. niaz was really friendly and really helped me out!

I've been using cvs now for a while and have always had a good experience. The last two occasions i have met with Niaz who is very polite and professional, which made the whole process straight forward easy and comfortable. I am happy, and will continue to use the services provided from cvs Enfield/ Tottenham. Thanks once again.

I’m local business, and I’ve been using this family run business on and off for 28 years. Their service and vans are excellent. The owners are good guys, and very professional.

I’d like to say that Niaz their employee on the front desk was particularly helpful in assisting me with my hire the last few times, showing an interest in my needs as a customer and helping me to get my hire right!

THANK YOU CVS

Very good experience with the staff at CVS especially Nias who was helpful and handle my issue with no problems. Thanks guys, will definitely rent again and recommend

Great company , friendly and a good service. Niaz was very helpful in dealing with our booking

Previously expectations are usually low when it comes to hiring vans in our business. Until now! Our recent experiences with CVS have exceeded all previous experiences with other hire firms. Dealing with this firm has been remarkably easy and pleasant, mainly on account of their very helpful representative, Niaz. A cheerful individual who could not be more helpful and courteous. I no longer fear hiring a van. It is reasonably priced, clean & well maintained. I have full confidence with this company, and very reassuring to know they are there in Enfield on those occasions when an extra vehicle is required.

Niaz had very good customer service and was very kind. He helped me a lot

Very good service from Niaz 19. 1. 24

Niaz exemplifies customer service at its finest! His unwavering commitment to excellence and infectious positivity transformed my support experience into an outstanding encounter. With a beaming smile and an unmatched can-do attitude, Niaz not only resolved my issue promptly but also left a lasting impression of exceptional service. Kudos to Niaz for setting the bar high in customer satisfaction – truly outstanding!

From a phone call at 9am CVS had us on the road in an immaculate and well maintained Luton van by 10:30am the same day.

The service agreement was simple and clearly explained. The prices clearly laid out. There were no hidden costs. When compared to competitors they appeared to be considerably cheaper.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A big thank you to all who helped us, at the Tottenham branch. And a big thank you to Naiv who was so very helpful on the day.

Very straight forward van hiring. Very well looked after, I would highly recommend cvs van hire. Great customer service from Niaz.

Chris, Christie and Niaz were absolutely amazing and were able to provide a great van at extremely short notice! Would recommend this to anyone looking for great customer service

Best van rental company so far and I have used enterprise and so on but the level of customer service with prompt professional action from one of their staff members (Niaz) who has secured a van for me the last 3 times I hired one out without delay or any kind of confusion. I am also impressed and admire the fact he has remembered me and my name whenever I have come into their office. I have nothing but positive opinions and I will keep hiring from this company anytime I am In need because they always deliver.

Best

Great service and very helpful with the whole process. Thank you Niaz!

Niaz from cvs car hire, was very polite and got us exactly what we wanted. Will definately use them again.

A very rare experience of outstanding customer service from beginning to end of my van hire-Both James and Christy are ambassadors of CVS and I thoroughly recommend this company to everybody.
Professional, friendly and such a pleasure to meet lovely people who are genuinely treating customers in an amazing manner.
Well done CVS....Vans are great too with competitive rates

I rented a small van for a fishing trip to Scotland. This was the second time I've used CVS for this.

The online booking process was straightforward and I also got friendly and helpful service on the phone. On collection day Niaz gave me a bell before time saying the van was ready - that was handy as it meant I could get going earlier.

The van was in good condition and I had no problems with it for the two weeks and 1500 miles I had it for.

Dropoff was quickly sorted and I pedalled home on my pushbike a happy customer. I would happily use CVS again.
