Horolia (I thought) had just what I wanted. But -telephone number was not working. I never heard a word back from customer service which the only way to contact was an empty box...on their order page.
Each time I tried to complete my purchase instead of accepting my credit card I read the card was going through a very secure line. I tried a few times thinking it was an internet hang up. Fortunately my credit card company had Horolia ticketed as a faud based company and they called me to warn me.
Not a reliable company to do business with.
Definitely a scam company! Should have done my research beforehand. Just wanted a nice fan. So “bought” one from them today. Then 4 hours later I get a message from my bank asking about some charges. This company tried to rack up over $400 worth of charges from a hardware site and their own site! Stay away!!!
Order never sent. When you use the company website contact address, it gets returned as undeliverable. This appears to be a total scam site. I am going to dispute the credit card charge.
SCAM COMPANY DO NOT ORDER! I ordered a slushie machine on April 27th. Their website says processing time is 1-2 business days and shipping 4-7 business days. Even if that was true, here we are on May 18th 3 weeks later and no product has arrived and my order still says "Processing". The phone number listed always rings busy and no replies to their contact form on the website or email. I've tried contacting them 3 times with no response. I will file a dispute with my credit card company but I strongly advise anyone DO NOT ORDER from this website as I believe it is a scam.
I just ordered about 2 days ago. Everything seemed fine until I got charged 329 dollars with the incorrect pin thankfully! Same Name on my card as the original purchase but I havnt even touched that site since. If I receive the item I’ll update completely cancelled that card incase!
i ordered couple of things from gorolia, like the nonstick cookware set and bread maker, and the product did arrive. the prrices wee reasonable and the free shipping was nice. But i think it's an average experience: not bad but not smthg i would rave about it
Ordered a set of kitchen pans in Febuary, over a month later and the items have no arrived. Ive had 0 response to correspondence sent to the company and no update or offer of a refund.
Appalling service and appalling company.
my package finally came and i was like WOOHOOO!!! for like 5 min, but then i looked at the products and was like.... okayyy, it's chill, it works, but i'm nit running around screaming about it
Absolutely terrible company , phone numbers and emails are just a waste of time , nobody replies to either , ordered some lights and tried to contact them for delivery date and nobody will answer any correspondence , so i demanded a cancellation and refund straightaway but no joy , feel like its just another company that even if the materials came you would have no chance of a refund .......STAY AWAY
