Quick response and very helpful response from CBUS email and willing to reach out to find out what the issue is. I still disappointed in the delivery system.

We are absolutely thrilled with our custom bobblehead that we are using as a fundraiser for our school program! The whole process was so easy from start to finish—great communication every step of the way and they really made sure everything turned out just right. The final product looks fantastic and has so much personality. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience or a better result!

Chris with Custom Bobble Heads was incredibly helpful making sure the item was exactly as I wanted. Even after it arrived in the mail, I wanted to make sure the recipient was happy with it. My bobblehead idea was so silly, I had doubts before I even placed my order. In doing so, I set my expectations low. The expedited proofing process (paid extra) was impressive, and the final product came out even better than the proofs appeared. If you're on the fence about ordering because of the cost, know that you really are getting an exceptionally detailed, high quality, and completely custom product. I would 100% order it again. Also know that this product ships from rural China, so even the expedited delivery service took a couple weeks in my case (partly due to unavoidable delays going through US customs). So if this is a gift, I would plan and order at least 3 weeks ahead of time.

Omg!!! The bobblehead looks exactly like my dad!!! The artist is phenomenal!!! I enjoyed the fact that I got picture proofs during the creation process and worked with me to ensure a excellent likeness!!!
The delivery was a little confusing, but the company worked with me to ensure that my dad got his bobblehead gift. I am impressed that they went that extra mile for me and my dad!!!

I had a fantastic experience. Every step of the way, the company reached out with prototypes. And when one of the faces wasn't quite right, they worked with me. My bobblehead after a few changes came out great. Lots of communication back and forth till we got it just right. Bought for a birthday party. Should be fun to see peoples reactions! Thanks again for working with me to get it just right.

This company misrepresents both where they're making bobbleheads (they ship from China) as well as the product and service. We requested "engraved name plates" and got stickers that were stuck on and fell off onto the bobblewrap. This resulted in blank name plates, with their solution being for us to take a knife to cut the name plate off ourselves.

The product isn't great, and customer service is worse. Would never recommend using this company.

Company may claim to be in the U.S. but it was clear I was dealing with an overseas person when exchanging the proofs and feedback. I'd answer in the morning and wouldn't have a response until the next morning. The shipment originated in central China.

Overall, the bobble-head wasn't as accurate as the photos/examples on its website. In going back and forth with the maker, where I indicated multiple times that certain facial features were missing, it never appeared that the maker never made the requested change. I finally gave up trying to get the maker to change the head. The names and date on the base just looked like someone wrote it poorly by hand using a Sharpie.

I wasn't sure of my choice until the process started. Very attentive, fast response detailed as to what i wanted and my needs. I was really happy with the outcome and the person who received it loved it! It made my gift to my boss extra special! a plus plus it arrived on time, even when there was a mistake on the address I wrote.

I am impressed with this company. They were precise in each email that allowed me to follow the progress of my bobblehead. I was startled at the accuracy of the bobble head itself. My brother-in-law, the person I gifted it to, was excited and advised me it was the most thoughful and unique gift he had ever received and would proudly be displayed for everyone to see. Thank you to all that made this possible!

The bobble head not only looked just like my son, they also stayed on top of the shipping and made sure it arrived safely. A great experience overall!
