I was skeptical upon seeing the ad
I was skeptical upon seeing the ad, but thought it would make an outstanding gift for my two daughters. Took that chance and found it to be amazing! The team was very engaging, sending me photos of each step...face, body, face with hair....the likenesses are truly amazing!

Highly Recommended- process & Product Amazing
From start to finish and the product was amazing! Right away within a couple of days I got an email and they had already started on it working on the face and I got to approve that in the hair a couple of different phases and then release them to go to finish the whole product. I really appreciate the email communication and how clear it was and how efficient they work. The product is amazing! Really captures our faces and they have so many varieties of standard poses and clothes and basis to sit on. Highly recommend.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Always gets back to you in a very timely manner. Bobble head looks exactly like the person. I’m going to do three more people with them.

Communication was fabulous, received an update when each part was completed. Had the option to alter the design, but everything was perfect first time. This is the third time I’ve had a custom bobble head made by this company, looking forward to the next one!

What an amazing experience working with the CBUS Team on my custom bobblehead. We were trying to create something special for our boss and the final product was amazing. The CBUS team was outstanding with their communication. They emailed me every step of the way for approvals for tweaks to the project. From head to toes I had an email for every part of his body.
