After placing a custom bobblehead order for my niece, who is graduating high school this year, the process took about two weeks as we made a few adjustments to the face and hair details. Because of the time difference, email responses sometimes took a little longer, but the team was always very kind, patient, and accommodating to my requests. The final bobblehead turned out absolutely perfect, and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. I can’t wait to give it to my niece next month as her graduation gift. I have now used this company for a total of three bobble heads as gifts. They are reasonably priced and most importantly if you prefer they show their work product from face to hair design and clothing allowing for your input at every stage. The final product is very carefully crafted. I expect I’ll use them again.
