Amazing company!
CBUS has been amazing to work with. I am so glad that I came across the website and decided to use them. The ordering process was so simple and then the time frame in which the bobble head was completed was impressive. In a matter of 4 days I had the complete sculpted proof! There were no edits necessary and it looked perfect. I have used other companies previously and the communication time was slow and the process took 3-4 weeks. I will use CBUS every year when I order a bobble head for my annual employee award.

They sent me photos of the progress so I could make any changes. Not only did they do any changes but SUPER fast. It turned out so great, it literally looks exactly like my little boy. Had it made for my husband for Christmas and it was well worth the wait (couple weeks)

I finally gave up after multiple emails and 2 photos
at present this matter is being addressed in a timely fashion so would like to raise my one star to a 3 star. I finally gave up. I showed the photo and the CBUS rendition to people who did not know the subject and not one person thought they looked alike. For those who know him, I showed only the CBUS, and no one named my son as the original. The restocking fee was ridiculous so I took the bh and spun a story on how unique he is. There is a bald circle on his head where hair should be. what happened?

The bobble head looked like the photo I submitted and was competed and delivered very quickly. I paid extra for rush shipping and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived within 2 weeks from ordering.

I don't settle for less than perfect in my buying transactions. Chris worked with me to get my bobblehead a work of art, but the test would come when my son opened the box containing his forever gift. Opening his gift on Christmas Day, he literally shouted with surprise, "It's me! I have my own bobblehead!" And, that folks, is the greatest endorsement I can give. I was super excited about getting bobble heads for my kids for a Christmas gift! I found myself so excited to meet the Christmas deadline that I often would indicate the draft models looked great but would then see a feature I wanted to add( this happened more than once). I sent in a photo, was able to see the resulting bobble head itself soon after my order was placed. It was a great depiction of the person in the photo but I requested two minor changes. These were done quickly & sent for my approval. Additional details were then added and I was able to see the final version. It is just what I hoped for and more. I highly recommend this company & its skilled artists.
