I am not happy at all with my curtain. The curtain band is damaged, it is not possible to put the hooks on the required distance. There is a hole in the curtain that is ‘repaired’ with a drop of glue.... Se mere

I purchased 3 sets of curtains and one set was out of sync with the pattern. I e-mailed the company along with a picture and they sent out a replacement pair immediately.

Good value for money
These curtains look good on my patio doors. The fabric is a little thinner than I thought they would be even though they are lined. They will do fine over the summer months. They sit well.

Wonderful customer service!
I ordered two separate voile panels in the marrakech range. One voile was shorter than the other therfore not hanging nicely as a pair. I contacted customer service and I have to say the lady was so helpful and provided wonderful customer service and more than willing to resolve the problem. So I would definitely purchase with them again.

Looking for the same room darkening…
Looking for the same room darkening curtains I bought from a different (now closed) high street store a couple of years ago. I was delighted not only to find the exact same ones at curtains.com, but at a cheaper price than I previously paid at the other store!
Delivery was very quick - can't fault the service and I wouldn't hesitate now for this to be my first port of call next time I'm looking for curtains.

Pleased with these curtains
Received as promised, very quickly. Improved the look of a dull kitchen window no end. Quite well finished and very good value - I have seen same for almost double the price on other sites. Will be using this company again.

The products ordered are designed to be used as an elegant sheer veil, to allow light into the room whilst offering privacy during the day (as the nature of the fabric ensures people cannot see through it when they are drawn in daylight hours).
