I ordered the curtains,they arrived in a few days,I'm delighted,

I had been looking for this voile for weeks and I was so happy when I found it here. They were perfect colour and really good quality material. I highly recommend curtains.com and will most definitely be using them again soon. I was also impressed with the quick delivery.

Great customer service although when my incorrect sized curtains were delivered they responded to me quickly but my replacement was not received as quickly as I’d hoped. Returns process was very simple and convenient for me. Curtains are lovely but not fantastic quality but you get what you pay for. I would recommend and will use again. Thank you

Beautiful material

I was surprised when I opened the box and it was my curtains. They came so quickly and were just what I was hoping they’d be. They are light, yet hold their shape. The subtle colour was just like the photo and the stripe is the perfect design element I needed in my living space. I love them!

I bought two pairs of curtain which were really good quality and not expensive. Mary (the young lady that looked after my order)was first class, really helpful, polite and professional. I would highly recommend Curtains.com and will not hesitate to use them again myself.

Best price on the market and excellent speedy service

Still waiting for my order after 15 days and them contacting me saying my size is out of stock offering a different size which I chose and still don't have them. No apology or anything. Don't be in a rush to receive them considering it is a 5 day delivery service.

Ordered curtains. Received notification from DHL to say they had received the notification to deliver the curtains. After 8 days still no curtains arrived. Rang curtains.com and they stated DHL had “lost the parcel”. Rang DHL and they stated they had never been able to collect the parcel as curtains.com never gave them authority. After trying to liaise with curtains.com and they kept putting the phone down or cutting me off we concluded that this was possibly a scam. DHL were brilliant and gave me a telephone number they had on record for them which was different to the one I had so I thought I would get somewhere. A lady answered and said they are not curtains.com and put the phone down! At this point I was out of actions left!! Absolutely do not order curtains from this website! I am absolutely gutted as I loved the curtains but I couldn’t take the risk of loosing lots of money.

Lovely curtains great quality will definitely shop again with this company and I would certainly recommend them to others.

A great pair of curtains , black out and thermal. Delivery tracked sending a message on the day giving a 2 hour delivery window.

I founded the site easy to use .the service and communication was excellent. But i think that you should make customer aware that vat will add to the bil.l before the total comes
