Every member of the team I dealt with was very professional, courteous and friendly. I felt that throughout the sales process they were doing everything possible to identify viewers and to ensure that the sales process moved along quickly and efficiently. They kept in regular contact with me and it was easy for me to contact Curchods when I needed to speak with someone. As the house was unoccupied and I lived some distance away, they kindly did a regular one weekly inspection of the house on my behalf. I have already recommended Curchods to others.

We sold our house with Curchods in spring 2025. They have been most responsive, prompt and communicative. Small examples - when a buyer pulled out very early in the first week on the market they immediately ramped interest up and got us a new buyer who then stuck. They organised very nice photos and were happy to redo them as the season turned and lights/garden looked different to refresh the listing. They were open about marketing strategy and communicative. Robbie Barklem particularly has been excellent.
