Naomi went above & beyond to make sure the cooler problem was resolved & even went out of her way to call me a couple of day's later just to make sure everything was still working properly. Couldn't have asked for better customer service, thank you Naomi for being so lovely & helpful :)

Jessie in Customer Care was very helpful with updating an order, she responded to my email quickly and resolved the matter straight away.

Charged double direct debits and when I rang about it they didn't care tried to fob me off with that the same happened a few customers then the were going to get someone to ring me back ....still waiting on call .I have been a customer for 18 yrs with etw and they were brillant. Going forward I will be cancelling my DD with Culligan.

Rude technician completed a service for €180 that could have been done ourselves. Had an attitude from once he came in the door. Would be reluctant to request a service again in the future and if I had to I would be asking for a different technician!

Jessie was a really great help in organising an order of filters for us. Really appreciate her quick and helpful replies and setting up a specific order option for us.

I’m here to express my frustration with this company’s delivery service, which once again shows a complete lack of commitment to its customers. I placed an order for salt blocks on June 10th, and to this day, I have received absolutely nothing.

On July 14th (Monday), I received a call informing me that my order would be delivered on July 15th (Tuesday). Today is July 21st, and nothing has been delivered.

I sent an email this morning (still no response) and also called. The customer service representative told me I would receive a message with the new delivery date — yet again, a promise not kept.

This month, I even planned ahead to avoid issues like this, but it’s clear that this company is disorganized and that its logistics simply don’t work.

And let me be clear: don’t bother calling me to ask to take down this review, because I will not remove it until the problem is resolved. This is a complete lack of respect for your customers. You offer a product that can only be purchased directly from your company, but you fail to deliver on something as basic as meeting the delivery date.

Everything about my interaction with Culligan scored 5 stars. The most remarkable however was how much the fact that I live in a relatively remote rural location was a non-problem.
We needed a pH correction unit Pat in the office reviewed our plant by WhatsApp video and I had a telephone consultation. Patrick answered further questions and David arrived 2 weeks later and installed the unit in an efficient, professional and technically perfect manner. A perfect 5 stars

5 stars would have been awarded should the tracker app for the engineer have been awarded.
From the original contact with the ladies in the office , to the engineer coming out to change out my taps and filters, could not fault the service.

I find the staff to be friendly and helpful, and I find the services provided to be very efficient.

Spoke with Jessie over email and she was very helpful and efficient with a query that I had, my query was answered in less than 5 minutes.

Would definitely recommend

Leanne was very helpful in answering all my queries on setting up a monthly water order for the office, I really appreciated all her help and patience.

Appointment made with Culligan and text to be sent the say before - no text, no show. After three days stuck in the house and multiple phone calls - “tomorrow for definite” & “engineer will contact you immediately”, etc and still no service. If somebody is actually running the show they should realise that the customer actually counts. We’ve never dealt with a worse company in our lives and it looks like we’ll have to threaten legal action yet again to get some traction. The receptionists who take the complaint calls are really only victims and I don’t know how they stay with this company!

Culligan water is responsible for several thousand euros worth of damage to my property.
They fitted a unit to my upstairs neighbours duplex apt which is directly over my home and whilst doing so completely botched the plumbing. The water leaked into my property from February 14th till march 3rd 2025.
Culligan consistently ignores my attempts to contact them. And refuses to except any responsibility for the damage they caused to my home.

The whole experience has taken its toll on my health and it has completely destroyed my standard of living. I have become unwell from all the stress resulting in me being absent from work, Lost earnings and a massive energy bill to dry my property out.

I had to sleep on a small chair in my living room for over four weeks as my bedrooms were uninhabitable.
My eight year old daughter had to move out for a serval weeks as her room was ruined with wet and damp fixtures and fittings. Curtains and blinds fell off the walls and the carpets where soaked in both bedrooms.

There is not doubt who caused the damage as the evidence is overwhelming and i can't understand why I'm being made to suffer because of culligans bad work practices, especially since I never hired them and it was my neighbour who has a contract with them. They have apologised to my neighbour for any inconvenience caused and just ignore me.

I don't think I have ever been treated with such contempt by any one single company. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and I would encourage anyone to think twice before hiring them.

Its now April 27th 2025 and still no response from culligan.

Thank you Culligan for ruining my health and my home.

3 weeks for water delivery....if you are looking for a supplier. My advice would be to look elsewhere

The Culligan blurb on this page states, “Culligan Ireland provides innovative and high-quality water solutions to businesses and homes across the Island of Ireland.” This is difficult for us to believe.
Our water purifying system was installed by EWT. It developed problems when Culligan were taking over EWT. The problems continued to exist when Culligan took over. The damage caused cost us over 3000 euro, so far. One reply from Culligan suggested the issue was with EWT. Another reply, lately, suggested the problem rests with CWS (Celtic Water Solutions). It seems that whenever there are issues, as happened with us, Culligan will blame EWT, CWS but never Culligan itself.

1.What is the relationship between EWT, Culligan and CWS?
2. If there was an issue with an EWT installation, surely when it’s taken over by Culligan, then Culligan carry the responsibility ?

“Since EWT was sold to Culligan, the service has changed significantly. I am using an EWT water softener and used to service with EWT every year, it was serviced yesterday by Culligan—still under warranty told by EWT during my first installation —but was charged an extra €200 for a resin replacement. In total, I paid €380 for a single yearly service. I’ve serviced it every year, so it should have still been covered under warranty. Disappointed with the unexpected charges and overall experience.” Not considering them anymore
