Extremely helpful and courteous member of staff whom I spoke to at the time I took out my travel insurance.
The process was easy

What lovely people to deal with. Based in Kent the customer service team couldn't do enough to help and my quote for home buildings and contents insurance was £200 less than my current provider. I would highly recommend them

The rates for annual insurance were very competitive and the fact that medical conditions were not a consideration as the fact that you were deemed fit to travel was sufficient.
I would happily recommend this to friends and family.

The lady I spoke to made everything clear in a professional and efficient manner. She answered my questions without hesitation. The whole process was dealt with smoothly and very quickly. Thank you for excellent service.

Very easy to arrange. Staff Very polite and professional. Insurance obtained at a very good price with worldwide cover and not lots of questions regarding health

All I have done so far is purchase an insurance policy. No problem there so 4 star..
The test will be when and if I make a claim. If I ever do ask me again for a review.

Like I said before, being a retired Police Officer (NARPO) - I am sceptical when it comes to buying online. Particularly Insurance. The T&C`s are overwhelming, and find out you are insured for everything except what tou are claiming for.!!

Hence the reason why I always like to speak to a real person - This lead me to a great agent... Tim.

I had spoken to Tim and explained what I needed. Tim was very knowledgable, knew his `stuff` and explained everything in my language. (Cockney..lol)

Tim covered all the queries I had, reassured me and put my mind at ease - So I could just relax and enjoy my holiday without any ifs or buts.

He has a fantastic attitude and is extremely Customer focused. Nothing is too much for hi.

Tim ..I say again... You are a credit to yourself, a credit to your work colleagues and a credit to the CSIS empire.. Your knowledge, politeness and interaction, is first class and beyond reproach.

I phoned the company for a yearly insurance and my enquiry was dealt with friendliness and efficiency. Also the cost was amazing much more competitive than other companies I tried.

I have taken out Holiday Travel Insurance today. The service provided by Mandy was exceptional and First Class Service.
She made the experience easy to understand and without complication.

Easy to get a quote online. However, a glitch on the webpage prevented payment so I rang for assistance. Nicola was very helpful and sorted me out quickly. Great travel policy for CSPA members.
