Outstanding service! We used Crystal Ski to book our family holiday to Zell am See for Christmas 2024.
Everything was organised impeccably, charted flight, outstanding accommodation in Alpenparks Central Apartments, equipment hire & ski school!

We had the best family holiday ever!
Our rep contacted us almost every evening with updates on activities & to ensure we were ok.

I will absolutely be using Crystal Ski again.
Highly recommend as a tour operator!

Very enjoyable family ski holiday. Everything went as planned from booking via crystal ski telesales agent, pre flight information, reps in resort and return journey. All excellent. The hotel exceeded expectation (Hotel du Col in Sestriere) Food was very nice, staff very warm and welcoming. The resort was quiet which was amazing as it meant no queues. Will definitely book through Crystal ski again.

The resort, skiing and accommodation was lovely. However, Crystal Ski services was far from what I expected. Just elusive at best.

Have been booking with Crystal Ski for many years and always found them to be very courteous and offer great deals. Their representatives at each resort are always very friendly and helpful.

Great website with offers and good guides to the resorts and accommodations. Helpful telephone staff who finished my booking. Good app for planning and looking forward to the trip.

So organised, everything just works.

Great trip from start to finish. No ques at airport on departure. Rep waiting in airport on the other side. Reps at the hotel were very helpful and had all the answers.
All in all a great trip that wanted for nothing.

Great deal and great packages. Everything made very easy for us when we land and a very helpful resort team.

Everything is on their app so there’s no communication except when on the coach transfer. When returning to the airport we were left waiting outside of the hotel in the cold for 45 minutes with no explanation from the representative that was as I found out later on was outside also. When I eventually found and spoke to her she explained she couldn’t get a hold of the driver so didn’t know when the coach would arrive. I told her she could have communicated that to the group. I told her we were going back inside at which point the coach arrived. She did apologize for the delay but no apology for NO communication. This left us with a bad feeling about Crystal Ski. They’re fantastic when everything goes smoothly but do they give the same level of attention when problems occur??

Everything went very smoothly, get off the flight and someone directs you to the bus, then you get a pack with information and ski passes etc... Information evening that clarifies everything and a rep who is available during the whole holiday to answer any additional questions.
Would highly recommend CrystalSki.ie based on our recent holiday.

Trip worked very smoothly, from arriving to airport to destination and same for return trip. The only comment I would make is that the Rep contacted us on the bus back to the airport home to see how our trip was, but it would have been nice if they could have rang us maybe a day or two into the trip to ensure everything was ok at that stage. I know they were available to meet at a venue in the town on the evenings, but that was not always convenient to be there. The accommodation was basic but it was clean.

Easy, convenient and relaxing travel. Friendly and competent stuff. A lot of additional activities if wanted. Any issues on site, the staff dealt with straight away.

Smooth operation overall with good communication and contact with reps in the resort. Crystal could change the way travellers check-in though as it is not possible to check in online, and this requires having to wait in a long queue at the airport despite having no luggage to check.

Easy to contact. Good information around booking. Excellent communication and information close to and during holiday time. Always reachable when in the resort.

Well organised and good transfers. I have previously got my ski passes in the apartment reception but this time I had to make my way to the ticket shop(after finding it) to collect. Would have been better to have the ski passes at hotel reception.

We had a super ski holiday in Austria - flights, hotel and skiing all worked perfectly - with good support throughout from Crystal Ski.

One point - they have a great range on their website, but it was not clear to me that the staff on their helpdesk know any more about the destinations than is available on the website - so do your own research in parallel on e.g. Trip Adviser.

Great ski holiday to Bansko. Crystal organised it all and our holiday ran super smooth from transfers to ski rentals.

Our last four ski holidays have been with Crystal Ski (Ireland) - service is always amazing and great value too. Very happy to recommend!

Grossly overcharged for ski hire as Crystal use most expensive company in Ischgl. We could have saved €150pp over the €400pp charged using company 2min from hotel, got two similar deals. Question why do Crystal use expensive poor service companies????

If I was rating Crystal on the booking experience like I'm asked to do on the email I'd give them 5 stars. Really easy to book and spend money with them.
If I was rating the holiday experience, accuracy of information given, resort rep and ease of having issues sorted, then it would be a minus 5 out of 5.
Again another company who have friendly helpful staff on call to help prior to booking, but after holiday customer services only contactable via email.
Just had the worst, most stressful week of my life. For legal reasons I shall say no more at this point.
And Crystal, if your reading this don't bother giving the usual standard reply you give to others about sending an email, you'll be wasting your time. You will be getting a very long email in due course I promise.
