Crystal ski have once again showed that they are a group with some of the best resorts in France. This is my second time booking with them and once again I had George along with his colleague Kayleigh who have bean extremely helpful especially in situations where I lost both my ski lift pass and my apartment room key.

Skiing with Crystal has always been a pleasure and will be booking with them again in the future

Also, if anyone from Crystal is reading this, please give George and Kayleigh a raise for there dedication

Absolutley amazing holiday. Trip was perfect from start to finish, Borovets (Bulgaria) may just become our next favourite holiday, LION Hotel was great, food was awesome, atmosphere was relaxed, snow was pretty good...... Learning to ski, and eventually skiing..... Brilliant!!
Crystal agents were always available to help and kept us well informed on all activities and details pertaining to the holiday. Special shout out to Sam and Myrtha they were awesome, knowledgeable

We had an amazing experience on the slope starters ski package at Soldeu, Andorra. Nathan, our rep was always on hand and full of information, always cheerful and supportive. We went with our kids (7 and 9yrs). Instructors at the ski school were incredible (Nesb and Char). The kids club at the hotel deserve a special mention, they went above and beyond! I've been using Crystal for a number of years now and have always had a very memorable holiday.
They are very informative and keep in touch whenever there is a change to the condiditons or travel arrangements. The reps are very knowledgable and very easy to talk to.
I will continue to use Crystal for my winter trips and always recommend them to friends and family who are looking to get away for a trip.

Crystal ski is a fantastic way to book a holiday you have peace of mind knowing everything is ready for you when you start your trip, and also knowing you have help available if needed in the resort through the reps ,and their app is great

Great resort, nice and quiet with no schools off, just be aware they prefer cash only and only few places take cards, banks here and home change for cash withdrawal

Everything booked was to a high standard thoroughly enjoyed the experience and assistance from crystal ski when at the venue

Skiing was great with plenty of runs for beginners and intermediates. Le Petit Palms hotel was ok but not great. While breakfast was good, evening meal usually left a lot to be desired. More than once one or two of the courses were not edible. That said they always had a great salad selection. Of particular note was the meal on the first night, which was totally inedible.

The room was fine and only missing a shelf in the shower.

The other point of note is the ski hire. It was really a small room at the back of the hotel. The single person on duty the first morning was swamped by the number of people looking for skis etc. There should have been at least one additional person helping. While the 4 of us all got appropriate skiis etc. we were worried that there would not have been adequate equipment for not just us but all the other people getting equipment.

Probably the low point of the holiday was being handed a plastic bag of cheap drinks and bars for our last breakfast. It turned out that the staff providing the food were all engaged in cleaning the hotel during check out morning. This was not good enough and left everyone with a very poor impression of both the hotel and by implication Crystal. Adding to this was the fact that the staff moved furniture continuously from about 4am until mid morning. No one could sleep through the noise.

Despite everything above, we did have a great holiday but we will not be staying in Le Pettit Pallas ever again.

Crystal was so easy to book with and was there to answer all my questions, we had a wonderful holiday. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Crystal made everything very easy. From checkin, to transfers, to passes and accommodation everything was looked after.

We have used Crystal for our skiing holidays for the last two years and they have been super. Reps are great. Everything well organised. Highly recommend them.

Excellent experience from the initial booking to arrive in the resort. The Hotel was exactly as described. The Crystal rep in the resort was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I would definitely travel again with Crystal Ski and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a ski holiday.

Great information in advance. The app was brilliant, very user friendly, relevant and to the point. The pick ups from the airport were great. Stop off point was fine, maybe some way to have smaller queues, manage that a bit better.
hotel was lovely. Our rep Yvette was great. Very friendly, informative, helpful and genuine.
Our instructors Fran and Chris were excellent. SOO patient, talented and helpful.
My only criticism would be that the ski classes were too big. 24 in our class with 2 instructors. Would have learned more and progressed if the classes were smaller. Far too much time standing on the slopes resulting in sore legs, arms etc. Would go with a private instructor if I go ahead. more bang for my buck
