Excellent communication from Crystal Ski from beginning to end. A great experience! A one stop shop when booking a ski holiday. Whilst we were delayed due to the rock slide, we had consistent communication from crystal ski and were met upon our late arrival at the hotel by a lovely rep. I would definitely book with Crystal Ski again.

Made such a difference having everything organised for us when compared to independently organising everything yourself

We had the unfortunate experience of travelling during the recent rockslide that blocked the road and caused extensive delays. I can’t blame Crystal ski for that.
My problem was that after spending 10 hours in a taxi to reach our hotel, we had to sleep on a couch in reception as no one was staffing the hotel when we arrived. The hotel informed me later that morning that they had prepared for our late arrival and had our room ready and had informed Crystal Ski of our room number and instructions to go straight to our room, but this information was never passed onto me. Having been put in the taxi we were left to fend for ourselves during what ended up being a Red Cross humanitarian event. The lack of information was disgraceful and the fact the team of reps had no clue as to our whereabouts the next day was laughable, they didn’t know if we had returned to Geneva or were still stuck in a taxi on the road of the French Alps or if we had made it to our hotel room. It also felt as if they didn’t care, as they didn’t make much of an attempt to find out.
The worse experience I’ve had with Crystal Ski and I couldn’t recommend enough to avoid them at all costs.

The Reps have been great, both after the booking had been placed and also after I was told that I had been moved to a different destination than the one I booked.
I was quite surprised for this to happen, as with other providers I have always been consulted beforehand. This led to a lot of time re-arranging ski hire and lessons that had been booked. The gesture made of free drinks and lunches feels a bit hollow, as there was no other option presented to me at the time.

Dealing over the phone with a human was fantastic. She was really helpful and researched areas for walking rather than skiing and emailed me different options. Flight was great and hotel lovely though my room was tiny single room. Food and location excellent. Alas at nearly €1,800 it has now become too expensive for me as a solo walker. Thank you crystal ski for 3 great holidays.

Crystal ski takes care of everything. Our flight was delayed so they organised a taxi instead. They welcomed us at the hotel and helped with all the necessary items.

Really enjoyed skiing in Andorra. Crystal ski was great to book with. We had a crystal ski rep in our hotel daily. We stayed in Hotel Montané & the location was perfect. The food was very good & all the staff we encountered were so friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in for a ski trip.

The whole process from start to finish was made so easy and when our flights were delayed there were no worries about catching buses etc. our rep Martyna made sure the hotel left food for us when we were so late arriving. The comfort of booking with a company was fantastic. The holiday was great too.

Crystal ski has a good website, easy to book a trip online. Crystal staff are friendly and helpful. Crystal ski are partners with TUI. Pricing is competitive with competition. General accommodation offered could be better quality with more options available. Would like to see them offer more ski holiday’s out side of Europe. Crystal ski caters very well to the first time skiers and beginner groups looking for a complete package holiday. They don’t seem to cater enough to the advanced skiers and snowboarders
who travel every year to the mountains. That said, I would still recommend them to a friend. Crystal ski are experts in taking the hassle out of organising a winter adventure.

Great all round from the booking experience up to the friendly reps and hotel choice. The only issue was the slight delay on both flights ( there was no info on the delay for the return flight). Overall very satisfied

Posta at the bottom of the town, short walk up to the lifts in the morning. rent a locker in the gondola station to save carrying skis and boots.
Reps JJ and Mollie were great and really nice to chat to in the evenings.

Have gone with Crystal for over 40 years sometimes with groups. From the outset booking process it was all wrong and the person doing my booking got her costs wrong, only for her manager to try and blame me. In the end Crystal did put it right, good for them. We went to the hotel Splendid in Sauze D'oulx which is a great hotel with all the staff being brilliant. My gripe with Crystal is they pick you up from Turin airport and take you the bus stop at Sauze and then tell you to make your own way to the hotel which is a good 20 minute walk up a very steep hill, this is stated in the booking pages but why do Crystal not take you from the bus stop to the hotel, only your cases. Normal buses use the route past this hotel and cars. I have never been on a holiday where the travel company doesn't take you from airport to hotel. Shame on you Crystal.
