I have used Crystal Ski for the last 3 ski trips and they have been fantastic. Always easy to find and contact. Their app is excellent and always willing to help. I would highly recommend all the Crystal reps in Obergurgyl, Austria. Ty for everything. See you next year. Karen Taher

First time using Crystal Ski although I have use TUI a lot. Two brilliant ski trips to Italy and Andorra this year. The reps were outstanding and very helpful from arrival to departure. I normally book direct or use a NI firm but I’ll certainly be using Crystal for next year again.

Great holiday sadly let down by a lack of ‘personal touch’. Two main criticisms really, a lack of real effort from the local reps; this includes a bus transfer that should not have went wrong but did and a lack of communication about night activities on the slopes. The second criticism being denied a refund for the hiring of two helmets that were eventually not required.

Our fourth ski holiday with Crystal Ski; highly recommended. Super efficient on arrival and departure. Hotel Tyrol is top class and Selva is beautiful. Shout out to JJ for being a great ambassador for the company.

Crystal were very professional and organised. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Rila Hotel was fantastic, food was great, even for our 3 kids.

The fact that your prompt text says "What went wrong this time?" is an issue itself. There is no benefit to booking with Crystal Ski other than being able to get on a flight to Innsbruck or Salzburg which is difficult if you are booking as an individual. Similar issues with transfers as an individual. If an alternative service was available Crystal Ski would be out of business in the morning. The reps are disengaged and going through the motions. It's a poor service all round.

Very Poor Service whilst on holiday in resort and even worse when contacting the after Travel services to complain about our experience.
We are extremely unhappy with the way that we have been treated by Crystal.
We had a really bad experience whilst on a family trip to Ruka in Finland. The Ski school was short staffed which meant that they could not cater for our son on his first ski-ing holiday... even though we had paid for his first time ski bundle and advised Crystal that he'd had five private lessons between us booking the holiday and actually departing for Finland. We were told by Crystal whilst still in the UK that our son would be assessed and placed in an appropriate level group but we ended up having to pay for private lessons which cost an arm and a leg and our son was left feeling very upset. It actually ruined our holiday especially when we had been told by the in resort Crystal rep that he would find a satisfactory resolution for us and that he would get back to us. He did not even bother getting back to us which we find totally unacceptable.
We have been treated just as badly by the After Travel department who we find to be extremely patronising and disinterested in our bad experience.

We went skiing as a group of 10 with Crystal Ski. They were incredibly helpful during the booking process. The flight and transfer to the resort went very smoothly. We got all tickets and passes we needed on the bus, so there was no fuss at the resort. I highly recommend Crystal! Once at the resort you could have as much or as little involvement with the company Crystal reps as you wanted. Booked to go again next year, this time 11 of us!

Great company to book our ski holiday with and good prices. Everything was as described online and the staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. A hassle free trip.

Great hotel w super food and kids loved the buffet. Ski in ski out was very convenient as was having rental shop and lockers in hotel. Luckily we got 5 consecutive days of blue skies on super snow conditions.

Great service from start to finish. I would have no problem recommending Crystal Ski to anybody.
