Great travel company with an enthusiastic and helpful team

A shout out for our rep at Obergurgl, Norea from Sweden. What a star. Sorted a problem out with grace and efficiency. Fab.

I did 2 ski trips with Crystal this year and both were excellent. The flights go at convenient times and the transfers are long but stress-free and suitable for a nap. Resorts and accommodation are great and the reps are genuinely helpful.

Great hotel, flight and support.

Holiday went as planned, staff readily available to help yet in the background. We were lucky to get blue skies from start to finish, resort is well run, little busier with people trooping in from lower areas low in snow. Hotel is in partnership with Crystal and run with fantastically friendly and helpful staff including delicious Greek cuisine. We had a perfect time.

We had a super ski holiday with Crystal ski. Everything was well organised -airport transfer, accommodation, ski hire and lessons. All went smoothly. In fact we had no need to contact Crystal ski reps at all during the week which for us, was a good sign! Reps were available if needed though both before and during the holiday.

They were great. Always available to help if needed and super friendly

Great holiday in Selva/Wolkenstein staying at Hotel Flora. We had used this hotel the previous year and as we liked it so much, I re-booked it for the next winter shortly after we got home. I haven’t done that before in over forty years skiing so that must tell you something.
A word for Ski Olga. This shop supplies beautifully prepared skis and their service is very friendly and professional. Top marks!
Crystal were brilliant as usual. Our outward trip went seamlessly but there was a weather related issue with our homeward airport transfer. Although there was a little delay, our resort rep Miki resolved this problem and we were able to catch our flight home without any further issues. All very professional and thank you Crystal. Great small French hotel, well run, friendly staff & super food. Very smooth service from all of the Crystal reps both in resort & at the airport.

One week stay in the Dolomites at Hotel Grohmann Campitello Di Fassa,

Unfortunately, the hotel was very outdated with poor quality food.

It’s disappointing that Crystal are using such places.

In addition, it took over an hour each morning to be able to ski because of the extensive queues at the cable car.

Great service from start to finish. Onsite reps were great to keep in touch and give us all the information we needed in a timely, efficient and friendly manner.

Excellent value for money, reps easy to find and always ready to help, very useful app to manage every aspect of the holiday.

We loved the hotel we stayed at, ParkHotel Paradiso. The attention to detail, the food and rooms were excellent.
The ski area was big enough and we used the free bus to get to different slopes. There wasn't a lot of people and the lifts are all modern.

Short summary:
- Crystal service, TERRIBLE....Crystal charged a premium to package the ski holiday and failed to deliver value for their services.
- Kesselspitze hotel was lovely, bit quiet but staff were fantastic, especially Ingrid their ski concierge.
- Obertauern Ski was good, but I felt the runs were a bit on the short side...so on a lot of lifts/gondolas.

We decided not to book with Crystal for 2025/26 ski season. Already booked hotel, flights, ski school and transfers direct for another Austrian resort...all comparable standards for far less money....so we'll see if their service is really worth the premium!

Details of where Crystal were terrible:
Every year prior to this year Crystal has been great but seriously dropped the ball this year...and to add insult the price went up 30% too!
- No ski passes provided on arrival (normally we get these in the pack in the airport or on arrival, hotel couldn't understand why Crystal hadn't done this), we had to ask in the hotel and get them to bring us into the town (1.5km) to get them ourselves the morning of the first ski day.
- Ski Hire shop Crystal used was in the centre of the town (not the one beside the hotel) so we'd to go and get all fitting/equipment on morning of the first ski day...in the centre of the town. Adds to rush and stress on day one. Again, the hotel were great and provided transfer to this.
- Ski school Crystal used was not the one outside the hotel door...but the end of the resort...poor communication how we get there and what time on first morning..adding to first day stress/rush....Again, the hotel were great and provided transfers
- We booked ski school for all of us but the ski school didn't have an intermediate adult ski school....so this had to be cancelled and converted into 2 by 2 hour lessons with very limited private lessons available...so one of us had to ski alone for 3 days until the two 2 hour lessons could be done
- No Crystal ski rep in the resort. We complained by email/phone to the rep and ultimately Crystal gave us a credit of 600 euro because the location of ski school and equipment wasn't as advertised. i.e. on a technicality....but given the total cost of the holiday the 'compensation' was less than 4%....despite prices going up 30% and service going down 70% from Crystal....

Very efficient and seamless experience from the beginning of our holiday, through our transfers, accommodation and equipment hire, and final return home. App tech effectively used to enhance the communication during the holiday. Kids loved it, great experience for everyone.

Have used Crystal Ski for our annual skiing trip for years. From flights, transfers, accommodation and gear hire they are excellent for helping us out.

Excellent communication and updates. Very friendly staff on TUI flights. Great hotel with excellent service in Hotel Delle Alpi Paso Tonale.

Great company. From booking to out flights, transfers, ski lessons, hotel recommendations, flights home, Crystal Ski app. Everything was greatly planned for my ski holiday. Would highly recommend and will use again.
