Another brilliant Crystal holiday! Smooth from start to finish. Very helpful team fixed an issue with one of our passengers forgetting their passport. They sorted transfers later and were extremely helpful and professional and very efficient!

Very well looked after by an excellent Crystal Ski team. Hotel Savoia was a typical 3* family run hotel. Food was excellent as was proximity to the slopes. It’s a warm, clean, basic hotel.
While skiing I injured myself and required hospital treatment vis stitches etc. On my journey through Verona Airport I was looked after incredibly well by JJ. The attention and care I got from JJ was excellent and so reassuring. Accidents do happen on occasion when skiing and it is important to consider what assistance is available if something untoward happens. I cannot stress enough how important the assistance and care I got from JJ was. Worth while bearing in mind when booking your next ski trip

We have been travelling with Crystal Ski for 7 years. Never an ounce of difficulties. We have skied in Austria and France and have always found the customer service to be excellent. They are very quick to reply to any queries. Staff are incredibly helpful. Accommodation is exactly as described. For value for money it is very hard to beat them especially if you can secure a property with a free child's place.

My experience was made great by the company of "old" friends! Our online booking experience was quick, clear and easy. We consider that we got very good value. When a change was needed we were dealt with on the phone efficiently.

Seemless booking systems, extremely helpful on the phone when we had to make a name change on our booking . And right from landing in our resort to our departure Crystal ski reps were on hand .this as our 3rd time to book with them and won't be our last .

Attention to details, very professional from beginning of the end of the trip

Hotel very pleasant (but it should have been for the price). Hotel described as ski in ski out but no good for beginners or nervous intermediates as hotel positioned on a steep section of a blue run with lots of skiers whizzing past. Also said to be close to village but this was a stiff 10 -15 minute walk up hill. Hotel does have a good free shuttle bus service though. No real advice on booking about kind of ski pass to buy - one restricted to the La Plagne area may well have suited most intermediate skiers for a week if snow good. Food at hotel was good. Excellent breakfast buffet with wide choice of hot and cold food and eggs to order. In the evenings food was very French and good but not much choice especially for vegetarians and vegans. It is possible to eat in their fondue restaurant instead if on half board but it does not have much ambiance. Staff very pleasant. Not much input from Crystal Reps but luckily not needed. They were not very responsive to questions sent via the app. We did not see them all week until a chance meeting the night before we left. Terrible transfer on the way to resort - crammed into a small minibus with no room to move for 6 hours. No warning from reps at airport although they knew traffic would be bad. Overall a good holiday but this was mainly due to good weather and snow!

I made a booking in early December 2024 for a family of 6, included in my package was accommodation, ski rentals, lift passes and ski school.

In Jan 2025 I went to the crystal-ski and changed the dates, when I made the change I was informed i would need to pay 626 euro extra which I promptly did.

On arrival in Sofia I received my welcome pack but it did not include any of the ski packages.

I was told by the rep to purchase the everything again and I would be refunded by crystal ski on my return.

I have just received a notification from that after care team informing me that a charge of over 4,000 was applied to make the change and that I removed the ski packages - at no point when changing the dates was I informed by the site of any of these charges or that the ski packages were being removed.
