My experience with CRS is that they have been very efficient in dealing with my PCP issues, way ahead of any other firm. Josie Holman was particularly helpful in clarifying a couple of outstanding issues for me. Sometimes it is easier to talk to someone, rather than create tedious email chains.

i had a self made problem i contacted CRS and spoke ton Amanda . She was very compassionate and understanding . She managed to sort my problem in a day or so . If anyone needs a solicitor contact CRS 12 out of 10 to Amanda and CRS

I phoned to make inquiries and was greeted with a welcoming, warm and friendly young lady by the name of Josie. She game me all the information I needed as most helpful. Josie told me, if I needed any further help or information, please don't hesitate to call her back. This call made me feel
'Uplifted' and the rest of the day seemed a very pleasant one.

If I could give a minus star I would.
Last year I signed up with a different law firm for car finance redress, then I heard from these lot, asking me for my driving licence details, I thought it was the law firm I was signed up with so sent a photograph of it.
Then I realised some time later that this was a different company so phoned them to cancel the claim. That was over a year ago.
And I never heard from them again until Last week. they emailed to tell me they’d been informed that I had a claim open with another law firm, and if I want to cancel there will be cancellation fees????
I phoned last year to do this. I have opened a complaint with this firm. It’s amazing that a firm that’s supposed to be ‘helping’ me to claim unfair fees- ARE CHARGING ME AN UNFAIR FEE, after I’d cancelled a year ago.
I feel like I have been scammed.
