The apartment is clean and well maintained. Everything worked well. The location is superb, close to the beach and to the city centre. It is close to amenities, Starbucks, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. Really enjoyed my stay. Would have given 5 stars but then there will no room for improvement.

Still awaiting refunded deposit of £300 told was on way to my account etc 18th august as yet not seen , but trust will be sorted soon as poss, lovely calming relaxing 4 days in Brighton otherwise ..

Lovely apartment right on the edge of the Lanes in the city centre Very comfortable. Crown Gardens give excellent service we stay in Brighton on a regular basis and this company are really accommodating, and so helpful, parking included also great value. We would really recommend this company and this apartment. My wife is mobility impaired this apartment is disabled friendly. Excellent thank you.

Having had initial but serious problems with my booking whereby the property I booked about 5-6 months in advance became "unavailable" about two months after the initial booking, Crown Gardens handled the situation really well. They understood that the situation was unacceptable and accepted responsibility to solve which they did. We were offered an alternative but more expensive property but for the same price as the initial one. Rather stressful but they handled a bad situation well.

Perfect place in a great location, strongly recommend

The house was lovely, it was brilliant for the Hen Do.
However it was difficult to find the house, and you could do with a map to show how to find it.
Also the pigeons in the court yard were a real nuisance flying around you all the time. They even defecated on two of our guests.

Great holiday rental - just needs a little TLC as the window in the top floor bedroom is coming away from the wall which makes the room cold and there are no plug sockets or TV in the lounge which would've been nice to have. Apart from that the house was very clean and tidy and was lovely being spilt over 4 floors for people to have their own privacy if they wanted. Kitchen is in the basement, the lounge and bedroom 1 on ground floor; bedroom 2, separate toilet and 2 bathrooms on 1st floor, bedroom 3 and balcony on the top floor. We stayed for a hen do and there was enough space for 10 people. Crown Gardens were very pleasant to deal with- we had an issue with one of the showers which was fixed within the hour by a handyman. I have booked two holiday apartments with crown gardens and I have not had a problem with them in any way. the refunding of my security deposit was done within the two week period as stated.

The house at Bloomsbury Place is close to the beach, town center and leisure. Everything with the house was very satisfactory. There were three bathrooms and an extra WC which was very good since there were 18 people at various ages staying in the house. The kitchen was spacious and we had access both to a balcony, washing mashine and a dishwasher. Everything had a high standard. Although we had no time to watch TV there were three ones. Altogether we are much pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone going to visit Brighton. We would very much like to come back.in the future.

Really awesome place , had a fab time would recommend and stay again with my young family 19 months ,6,9 and 12 !

The booking was easy and efficient. All information was available and there were contact details if we needed them. The actual owner of the property contacted us in plenty of time beforehand with all necessary details which were very helpful, especially the suggestions for parking.
