Hello Carol! We understand your expectation and appreciate you sharing this with us. Our testing is based on genetics rather than genealogy, which means the results focus on DNA ancestry, ethnicity estimates, and genetic insights rather than identifying specific people in your family tree.

Because of this, the test cannot automatically show the names of ancestors, parents, or relatives unless those individuals have also tested with us and have opted in to participate in genetic matching. Without a matching profile in our database, we are unable to identify or confirm specific family members.
