I have been ordering the Here’s Johnny Plushies from Creator Ink, and I have not receive my plushies yet. I have been waiting for days, weeks, months, even years to come, but guess what they’re still not here. It’s either the website or I just doing something wrong 😑.

I ordered something in September 2025. It is now February 2026 and I have not received my package. I cannot even refund this charge. There has been zero word on my package and I have no idea what to do. Please don’t order from here.

Worse experience. Ordered 1st October for a Johnny plush for it to arrive on the 27th January. Emailed numerous times and got fobbed off every single time. I had a very disappointed son when this didnt arrive for Xmas. Will never order from here again.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered my son a puppet on the first day of school sept 2nd 2025 im still waiting for it as of January 29th 2026. The customer service is absolutely horrible they could literally care less it’s taking them half a year to fulfill your order and still no refund or anything to make the wait more tolerable!! Save yourself the stress and please don’t order from them!!!

I ordered a Lila plush and two Mini plushies on June 1st 2025 and some Kevin stuff on Aug 22 2025.
The only thing I got was my Lila plush on June 5th 2025 and everything else I still don't have.

They keep changing dates on when they will be shipped and I only get these update when I REACH OUT TO THEM ON GMAIL.

As of writing this, I'm trying to get my refund but they suddenly stopped replying to me on Gmail when I told them I wanted my refund for both orders.
I really hope they don't run off with my money, but that will probably happen form what I'm seeing on here from others.

I will not be buying ANYTHING from them again and creators should NEVER work with these guys.

VERY poor service. 27 days to get a "1-2 weeks" item. Zero replies to my multiple customer service emails. They sent a tracking number via automated email at 2 different times with a number which did not work for either of the shippers those emails claimed they were for. Finally did some research and found it was a tracking number to a Chinese shipper I had never heard of. Oh well. Kid loves the (overpriced) stuffed animal but lesson learned to never order here again.

I’m only giving this company two stars because someone does eventually respond to emails. That’s it. Even then, the responses are the same copy-and-paste message about “production delays” and putting a pouch in the puppet—something I’ve been hearing since October.

If the company was in over their head, they should have just been honest. Refund the money, stop taking orders, and give customers priority once the dolls were actually ready. Instead, shipping dates have been pushed back again and again with zero accountability.

This is especially frustrating and upsetting as a parent. Many of us were trying to buy this as a Christmas gift for our children. Christmas has come and gone, and it is now mid-January. Yet the website still says “shipping mid to late December” with no updates, no transparency, and no consideration for the families who trusted this company.

I don’t even want a refund anymore. I just want my son to have the doll that was promised. The lack of honesty and respect for customers is extremely disappointing.

I bought 2 items February 27th, 2025. At the time I'm writing this, its been almost a full year since then and they never sent. THEY DELETED MY ORDER ON NEW YEAR’S EVE AFTER I EMAILED THEM A THIRD TIME TO CONFIRM I WANTED IT. NO FULL REFUND OR EVEN 20% AND KEEPING THE ORDER ON ITS WAY. I DID NOT CONSENT TO THE ORDER BEING TRASHED AND MONEY BEING KEPT.

I wouldn't bother. Ordered johnny puppy 1st September. Nothing but excuses. Month after month. Date keeps changing. Never hear of them . My son is extremely upset. What an unprofessional company.

I oredered a Jonny puppet in October that I still haven't received
I was told there was delay and would be shipped end of November it is now 2nd December and I still haven't received any word form them at all actually a disgrace

I placed an order in August the Johnny puppet for my son for Christmas it’s now nearly December they told me around 4 weeks ago it would ship mid November after sending them a message , now they still have not shipped it sent 5 messages and no one is getting back to me how is this allowed ? My son really wanted him for Christmas I’ve waited nearly 5 months !!!!!!!!

Ordered start of September when it was apparently in stock got told 10 days still waiting …. Now saying December delivery but I’m from uk and it was a Christmas present for my daughter so won’t get it in time 🙃🙃

I had a preorder from august, a PRE order. It was just cancelled as they "Didn't have the stock" when they should've ordered the exact number they needed for a PREORDER. aside from that, the orders i did have fulfilled that weren't pre orders took 3 months to ship from when i placed the order. I wouldn't recommend any creator partnering with them or anyone ordering from them

I did a pre order for my son on the Jonny poppet plushy and was suppose to ship Oct 2025 and received a email stating delay due to manufacturing delay and should be ship out by end of November2025. Now I’ve been reading everyone reviews and a little annoyed with the situation. This was for his Christmas gift and now it seems with everyone reviews I won’t be getting for 7-9 months after purchasing the products. And this sucks I’m Canadian and paid crazy amount on exchange rate plus shipping was expensive and they force me to pay a protection. This will be the last time I’ll be buying anything from them.

I ordered the Inanimate Insanity lounge pants and blanket in December 2024, and I received little to no updates during the 9-month wait that it took to get them. They were supposed to ship in April, but I got them on September 10th, and this isn't the only time this has happened! I would buy from Creatorink a lot, and almost every single time I bought a pre-order item, they were as late as the pajamas or even later. When I emailed them about why it was taking so long, they blamed it on the tariffs when they were using excuses to hide that they were just lazy! im personally glad that inanimate insanity ended their partnership with Creatorink because they weren't even paying the creators! That's right, if you have bought anything within the past year from the inanimate insanity creatorink store, you weren't supporting the show. This goes to show that creatorink is full of lazy, money-grubbing bums that have no interest in what their customers want.

I ordered 2 inanimate insanity items and they never even came! I ordered some socks and a wearable blanket. I ordered the socks on July 18th and the wearable blanket back on June 30th. Apparently what happened was inanimate insanity ended their partnership with creator ink and I didn't even get notified about it! I am very upset! do not buy from creator ink!
Edit: if I could give creator ink 0 stars I would! I contacted them for support about my items, and all they said to me was just manipulative garbage. Buyers BEWARE

Ordered something in June and haven’t gotten any updates keep getting told they’re working on orders from November to March and we are in September this is a joke, they have it up for pre-order now but yet they haven’t shipped the ones they’ve already sold! About to file a complaint with the BBB. It would be one thing if they actually had an update but they just keep giving a vague response and nothing is being done about it. Do not shop with them!!!!

Ordered December 2024, still have not recieved it and will not reply to any email. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!😡

I ordered a plushie on June and they sended me an email that said that it would be sended mid july because some problems with shipping, it's almost September and I still got nothing. I tried sending an email multiple times and I got no response at all, not even the posibility to refund the money, this look like a scam.
