I'm always happy to see the what's on the website, the people are kind and it doesn't feel dry like an ai would write, the merch is good, makes me want to eat it.

My parcel was lost in transit, and they were absolutely fantastic!
Resent it, checked with me the whole way to make sure I got it. 10 out of 10.

I absolutely adore Makeship and its products, i own quite a few! my favorite is the Megurine Luka plushie (was introduced by my brother who also enjoys Makeship products). the quality is lovely with its various textures and adorable features!!

Recently i got in contact with Makeship to cancel an order that is no longer a campaign on their website and the customer service was just so delightful. it was unexpected but they happily complied with my request. they hold a high level of respect from me, I'm always keen to see what they'll be making next. :3

they're quite clear and concise with how their customer service works, expecting a response in 24-48 hours. I'm very thankful for helping out with me one-off issue.

The plushies are very good quality,so good quality that I consider them to be the best out of every other brands of plushies,and their customer support are also friendly and helpful.

First petition and pre-order went great. Received my Fraiki Ratki plush with no problems or bumps and the plushie is amazing!! 10/10 Fraiki based

The online customer support staff are very kind people and reply fairly quickly, they helped me clear up a few questions, and were over all super helpful.

im a frequent buyer of makeship, im a collectible KING, i love collecting stuff, and with plushies, makeship has been my go-to, ive not had any problem with makeship like i have with youtooz and fangamer, amazing. but pls makeship, like you did with wednesday, make a vid making a stranger things character on youtube and tiktok plsss, if you do, i will buy it right that instace

In my experience, they are incredibly flexible in everything. Their products are of very high quality, and I continue to buy items that catch my eye. They provided excellent support and advice.

I had a problem and couldn't claim the prize within the timeframe they told me, but I was surprised to find out they were still giving me a chance, and I'm very grateful for that, as it's the first time I've won anything like this, especially from Makeship.

A very fast shipping and very high quality products, they did not disappoint, and they always make a lot of cool figures.

this is a great website, Plushies are awesome. I have two rn and I love them. this website is so cool. Creators can make plushies (with positions) Hey any creators reading this try making a plushie (if you have a big game, high loved character, try making a product)

Even tho I had to wait a lot for my plush to arrive (because it got lost on track), I'm so glad that the support team helped me and I was able to get my plushie! The quality excellent as always! I love Makeship ^^

When I encountered a problem with my order I was out of the country but they responded immediately to my email and resourced an alternative for me .My delivery was successfully delivered the day after I returned.I felt supported throughout brilliant service

I’ve ordered so many plushies from this company for my daughter and they’re always well-made.
Recently I had an issue, not with quality but with delivery, and the customer service agent they assigned sorted it out efficiently with friendly communication. So it’s good to know that on the rare occasion there’s some kind of issue (even through no fault of Makeship itself but a delivery partner) that they sort it quickly and thoroughly. Buy with confidence.

I ordered a ready-to-ship plushie (38 dollars including shipping) back in January 4th, with it shipping on January 10th, but at the end of january, the last mile carrier ended up sending it to a pickup location, instead of delivering it to the address, it eventually returned to sender. i then had to pay another 11 dollars due to tariffs with a different address for a replacement, but that shipment also failed to deliver, it has been 24 days since the attempt and despite several emails, they still haven't actually done anything to redeliver. Do not buy from them until they sort out their unreliable third-party carriers that ruined my chance of getting a plushie of a character very beloved to me.
