The kits are difficult; even I'm learning! With that being said they are awesome! One of our kits was missing two small parts and they gave immediate response and mailed them out! Great and fast customer service which is the biggest part of my review. I believe companies that care about their customers and want success deserves success!

Upon receipt of our kit, it was a bit confusing on how to access the lessons. But Naseem provided amazing customer service every single time I reached out! I am a huge fan of quality customer service and highly recommend support of Creation Crate.

I explored other electronic courses in the past, but they were beyond my comprehension. They assumed you already had a certain amount of knowledge. It was very difficult to understand the lessons. Creation Crate makes no assumptions. It’s all in the presentation. They start at a basic level explaining as much or as little as you desire. Also, if you get stuck on a project they are relentless in helping you comprehend what is going on. There are many detailed videos. You can follow along as they construct the project as you watch. I am very happy to be here. I can’t wait for the next project to arrive!

I learned of Creation Crate on Facebook, I had been wanting to learn electronics for sometime so went for it. I splurged and got the complete 18 project kit; I am on project 3 now. So far is has been enjoyable but the classroom site is rather outdated compared to the sales site. Not a huge deal but the the early videos had really low audio volume and they weren't consistent so had to adjust the volume back and fourth between videos. The later projects seem to be better produced better.

Creation crate is an incredible learning tool. I'm a 29 year old engineering student and I am learning a ton from this program. I HIGHLY recommend this. My only complaint is that they don't have more projects. I would do hundreds of these if that had them.

I have been trying to get through to Creation for over an hour I give it 4 stars only because of the waiting time but apart from that once my call had been answered by Haseeba she was ever so helpful. She gave me great customer service and I would give her a 10/10 for how resourceful she was. She waivered a charge that we was unable to pay without me even asking so that was also another example of great service.

My grandson accidentally broke a part when he was assembling the Boom Box. I contacted Creation Crate via text and they helped and answered my questions and sent me a replacement free of charge!

Projects are great. The account system is a little glitchy and be aware of any erroneous subscription charges, but the product itself is great and the customer chat support team are helpful and responsive.

Creation Crate is a wonderful product to have your kids discover tech and electronics. I bought my son the 12 month series of projects. It's our quality time together. We are both learning and having fun with this! I highly recommend this to parents and kids who are interested in electronics. The kits are well prepared, they have excellent instructional information online. The Creation Crate customer service is excellent too. Have fun!!

I honestly can’t speak about the product because it was a Christmas gift for my nephew, but I can speak about their customer service. The subscription was automatically renewed which I didn’t want. I thought I cancelled it but it was after the renewal date so what I actually cancelled was any further renewals. I chatted with Naseem and he quickly resolved the issue and refunded my money. The customer service he provided is enough to make me recommend this product. It was quick and easy.

A neighbor passed on their subscription crates after their child had used them. One piece was missing, and the company replaced it. So glad to see them helping divert this otherwise useable kit from the landfill.

I was automatically charged for a renewal which I did not authorize. Luckily my cc company thought it was a scam and did not authorize the payment. I have been trying with no success to formally cancel my subscription since it has been a full year now and I only ever wanted a 1 year subscription. They do not make this easy. There is no place to do this on their website and no number to call. You can only email them, Subscription services should make it plain and simple to cancel on a website AND have a customer service number to call.

When I first got this, I thought I already knew everything (useful) that there was to learn about coding through "Hour of Code" and multiple digital technology and engineering classes, and obviously I was wrong! This really widened my perspective, and also introduced me a little more into the more physical side to coding and machinery.

I bought this subscription for my preteen brother as a Christmas gift. He quickly finished the project and was excited to see the next one come in. Quality projects and they are fun! Highly recommend and I will be purchasing again!

I have a 12 month subscription to Creation Crate. The box is incredible and includes all the components and tools to become a create fun electrical engineering projects. When I had issues with my project and couldn't figure out what was wrong, I would email Creation Crate customer service. Naseem helped me many times and he gave me a lot of good advice to fix my project. I highly recommend the 12 month subscription. The projects are really fun!!!
