Visited Crazy Price carpets last week, discussed what I wanted, gave measurements and was advised of carpet selection and price, very helpful. I ordered carpet whilst there. Today less than a week later the carpet fitter came and fitted the carpet. I was messaged by the fitter, a time slot, he arrived as advised, got on with the job and fitted the carpet. Excellent service from choosing, ordering, to fitting the carpet.

The price was good. The quality was excellent. The fitters did a great job comms were good

All in all a painless transaction

Great service from start to finish. Good selection of carpets. Friendly staff helping you all the way through to the end and even rang after fitting to make sure I was satisfied.
Fitters were a lovely couple of lads completing fantastic work
Only negative is you have to get rid of all of the extra off cuts yourself but that’s the only negative. Quality of carpets is very good. I will definitely be using these again. Thank you for all your help

I just moved into a new house these guys came out within a day to measure.. then booked me in for fitting the week after with nice thick soft underlay and carpet..
I would definitely recommend these guys for all your flooring.
Customer service was amazing.
The man that measured was amazing and the three fitters were amazing..
All very professional..

I've used this company for living room carpet and laminate flooring in my kitchen, fitters are absolutely brilliant and very polite, staff at crazy price carpets are all so helpful, courteous, polite 1st class service from all, would recommend them to everyone, thank you all and I'll see you again 😀 x

Don’t get flooring from this company I got laminate laid in September by November it was denting in on the joins under my sofa. Jason came out to inspect my flooring and informed me that the flooring was faulty and there was a problem with all the joins in the flooring said they were coming apart too easy. 3 months later they are trying to say that I’ve damaged the flooring saying I dropped a hammer or something on it which is not true and the flooring comes apart when you walk on it. Will never order from this place again they are a con

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The friendly rep came to measure up and provide flooring samples. The price offered for the flooring underlay beading and fitting was fantastic and more than £1000 less than other companies had quoted us. The store kept us informed of dates times etc on a regular basis. Fitters were lovely lads and did a great job a timely manner. I would recommend them 100%

They were.accomadating of myself and family needs from the start, the staff were amazing both in office and those who were in my home. They actually bring samples to u so u can see them in ur home lighting and it makes a difference. The fitters were quick efficient and polite. Start to finish amazing. I would definitely call them for all future flooring needs and already recommended to my neighbour!

Very happy with this company carpets are fitting perfectly two experienced fitters done a very good job, alot cheaper than the last place I went and was not happy with the end results

The were really helpful when I asked if I could change from carpet to vinyl as I was struggling and was quick and easy and was quick to get fitted in and the lads who fitted were really nice as well

Amazing got us in straight away as we needed to be moved in for a certain date! So so shocked at the prices aswell I was expecting to pay so much for how beautiful the carpet is but it was so low, will 10000% use again when I want a colour change I am obsessed with the carpet and the price and service !!

Fitting was spot on, the fitter was spot on too done an amazing job to get us in our new home no hassle or anything would definitely use again

Good and bad, customer service wss good and fitters were ok but thats where the good ends
Fitters arrived only to tell me half my order was out of stock and id have to wait another 5 days for them to be fitted. Not good enough so demanded that they sort something to fit as had tenants moving in next day and unfinished house unacceptable so i had to pick something else that was in stock and a manager would bring it up to fitters and fit which he did
The surveyor had put down wrong choices of lino so we ended up with same lino upstairs and downstairs which didnt match our decor and had to make apologies to tenant that for some parts of house there chosen flooring was not what they had chosen
All in all i wouldnt use again, fitting prices expensive left all the rubbish behind, carpets ok but not informing me beforehand of out of stock flooring is disgracefull

Ive had carpets from this company a couple of times now and everytime it’s being fantastic and very quick with fitting carpet prices these days are a fortune and these are the cheapest ive came across customer service is spot on aswell always ringing in to make sure everything was alright for us il 100% be back

From start to finish the staff were amazing, choosing my carpet was made so easy & the carpet fitters were fast & efficient. Excellent customer service all round & would highly recommend them
