Honestly the smoothest experience i had with an e bike shop, i got the cb4, 3 day delivery, easy to assemble, tons of settings, YES it does come with a throttle, unfortunately mine was faulty but got immediately replaced, factory support was very kind and helpful

Due to health issues riding a standard bike was becoming harder and harder but now with the help of the electric motor boost i can now enjoy getting out on my bike again.

I ordered the YU7 250w ebike and it arrived within 3 working days which was great. I had problems removing the battery and asked for assistance from customer service. I got a reply within a couple of hours and my query was resolved promptly. This is a really nice bike and a good price. I would highly recommend.

Ordered 2 jumper fat tyre bikes. They are really good, feels sturdy and the power is great going up hills.
The bag, rack and fenders feel good quality items.
Only issues we had was a bike got lost in transit, which took another 4 weeks arrive. And a part is faulty on mine but they are sending me a replacement part.
Only been out on them a few times, but all in all they are great bikes.

I purchased the Crazybird Step-through Jumper CB60, 750w, it arrived last week. Been out on it each day since. First was a 30 mile ride, mostly on the canal towpath with a huge hill to finish. Battery is still showing 4 bars out of 5. The motor is exceptional, as is the build quality. My previous bike was a 48v, 1000w rear hub motor and a 48v, 1000w battery. The Jumper, far exceeds in terms of power and battery longevity. I would highly recommend this bike, especially the step-through for the vertically challenge people like myself.

Purchased a crazybird jumper 250w green. Absolutely lovely bike quick delivery with good updates had a slight scratch on the rear frame which I photographed and sent to crazybird bikes which are giving me a partial refund for some expenses and a free bike helmet as promised,there customer service is WhatsApp so they usually reply in the early hours uk time as Hong Kong based. Overall I love my bike and would Purchase again from this company,they do need to add more mechanical videos on there website or YouTube as there's only a handful and they help with any quick fixes or repairs. Having had a bad experience from another retailer, I was a little worried about this purchase. However, I need not have worried. My Crazybird arrived really quickly.Although a bit tricky to put together, the instructions were detailed and clear. I haven't used it to commute yet, but I hope to next week. I had a test ride, and it has good power and for hills and the fat tyres were perfect for the rugged terrain. I think I'll be happy with my purchase, and the price was very reasonable too.

I bought the step over jumper during the offer. Extreamly great value for the money paid. Extreamly surprised how well the bike is in quality. Very easy to put together and tested the range. Very impressed with the speed it arrived. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a great quality ebike.

Before I even placed my order, Lola answered all of my questions quickly, professionally and honestly, giving me the confidence to choose the CU7 electric bike.
When my bike arrived, I discovered a manufacturing fault with the folding lock latch. Although it was disappointing to find an issue on a brand-new bike, Lola responded immediately, identified the problem and arranged a replacement without any hassle.
This is what outstanding customer service looks like. It’s easy to sell a product, but the real test is how a company supports its customers afterwards. CrazyBike exceeded my expectations, and Lola deserves special recognition for her professionalism, efficiency and excellent after-sales support.
Apart from this minor issue, I am extremely impressed with the CU7. It feels solid, well-built and offers excellent value for money. Thank you Lola, and the CrazyBike team for your excellent support. I would happily recommend both the CU7 bike and CrazyBike to anyone looking for a quality electric bike backed by first-class customer service.

After looking at reviews for several weeks, I settled on purchasing a Crazybike F16. I certainly wasn’t disappointed. It’s really comfortable and does everything I wanted it to do. Being new to buying an e-bike, I relied heavily on asking questions of their customer services. They were really supportive and made sure that I had the best bike for my needs.

Fantastic bike looks amazing rides really nice can't find any faults at all and crazybird company are the best would give 10 stars

Ordered my Jumper and it was delivered within 2 days. 2 people to carry it into my yard up lots of steps. Great service. Once I started to assemble it I realised why 2 people were needed to carry it. There is a lot more bike for my money than I expected. Assembly pretty straightforward, battery charge and away! Being a novice on e-bikes I didn't realise you get no electric assistance until you've pedalled a bit so took a little while to get going. Then all was well and the first hill sold the bike to me. Not really sure of the computer yet, will probably have to ask for assistance, but overall one hell of a bit of kit!

Crazybird customer service are great. Before I even bought my bike ( Jumper ) they answered questions with a competency expected only of the best service team. I asked technical questions and got detail explanations which guided me to the right bike for me.
Delivery updates were great and timely. They use a wonderful delivery company who also provided great comms and a 2 man delivery team who were professional.
Aftercare from the customer service team has also been great. Sorting me a part quickly and without fuss.
The bike itself is as promised, well made and goes like the clappers !

The Seta 250w was the best for me as there aren't many low stepover bikes with 26" wheels.
Delivery was quick and easy to put together.
I had to get Lola's help with a hiccup with the computer and she was very helpful and sent out the guides on the how tos.
This is my first 48v ebike and I find 2nd assist is sufficient, although l do feel the weight on hills. A good workout. So far so good.

Ordered my bike and it arrived within a few days. Well packaged, nothing damaged. Good price. Looks nice and easy to use. Not had a e-bike before so this is a first and so far think it’s fantastic. Still get exercise but with a bit of help going uphill. Only minor thing is the saddle - it’s not the comfiest so will be swapping for something more cushioned 😎

Ordering was straight forward and I was updated until the bikes turned up (quicker response than I expected). Purchased 2 x Jumpers (with cross bar) on the summer offer. A lot of bike for the money and bigger than expected. Good solid bikes; I just need to get a bike rack to support 30Kg (less Battery) bikes.

I received my crazybird jumper delivered just like they said in three day put it together charged the battery and went out for my first ride iam 63 year young now and managed 12 miles with ease it took me straight back to when I was a kid but with much more easy lovely bike and wonderful service so happy with my purchase and would recomend one to anybody
