Crazybirdbike Anmeldelser

Bike arrived well packaged and easy to put together the brakes are the wrong way around for the norm in the uk, however after contacting the after sales team a link on how to correct it was sent that impressed i have placed an order for a second bike

Order came on time well packaged good value for the money great bike

I have to say the service from Crazybird is second to none, I went for a Jumper Step thru and it's the first e-bike I've had. There was the odd niggle but these have been addressed immediately by the company and so far I cannot fault anything. I would highly recommend these as if there is any problems you can rest easy knowing they will be sorted.

Amazing company and really good bikes and price and very quick service ordered on Friday got it Tuesday so easy to deal with and the bike was easy to build

Bought jumper 750w in july which came fairly quick it has been a brill bike as it is my first e-bike ive ever bought. There’s been 2 times that it has broke first time was my derailer but soon as i sent pics told issue they sent part out and 2nd issue was my front brake but still instantly sent me part out. Overall fantastic bike and fantastic customer service

Did a lot of research and Crazybird products came out on top for price and reviews and ordered 2 bikes (cu2).
Delivery was prompt and communication was very good.
One of the bikes had a small chip in the black paint and the saddle was damaged.
However, it was quite apparent the packing and high quality of the bikes in no way warranted a return and the build spec. was straightforward. A replacement seat was sent along with a touch up paint pen.
This is a great product and you will not be disappointed. The only thing better than the bikes was the customer service. Many thanks

1st class service from customer services from ordering to delivering, I ordered a Crazy bird Jumper e bike 750w motor took it out the well packed box and fixed all the components with the good quality tools provided, took it for its 1st bike ride and all I can say is wow what a lovely easy powerful e bike I'm coming up to 67 years of age and this e bike has made me a very happy person no more struggling up hills it glides them with ease, this e bike is strong well built the delivery was super quick with information when delivery has left them they give you the delivery numbers so you can check when delivery is being made, great company to deal with they come very highly recommended.

Bike is nice
And as described
Had an issue with an inner tyre but customer service was quick to help me out

They sent a faulty bike and refuse to send a refund. Its a scam don't buy unless you want 900 quid taken from you and a faulty bike

The bicycle arrived nicely and safely packed. The instruction how to assembly the bicycle was inside as well. The customer service was very helpful and fast to respond.
Definitely recommend.

The bike was delivered very quickly and was easy to put together. I had an issue with the charger so contacted service support. I had an instant response from Lola who couldn't have been more helpful. A new charger was sent immediately. The bike is an absolute pleasure to ride.

Crazy bird jumper CB60 gives a smooth ride,Oh Gosh I love the brakes of this bike and good battery which has a display when charging .The compliments I get with this bike, damn.Honestly the bike is nicer in real life
I’m advertising it everywhere I go because I want everyone to have a taste of it

The bike was incredibly well packaged and delivered within 3 days of the order - I was expecting a longer lead time, she was thrilled by this. I ordered the mudguard and luggage rack with the bike and these arrived separately a day later.

This is my fist e-bike build and couldn’t have been more straight forward. I decided after a few days to add the thumb throttle to the handle bars, which was also fairly easy - all the connectors are colour coded, the throttle wire was in the loom wrapping terminated with a blank end.

Assembly is little more than removing all the packaging (it is incredibly well packaged!) and fitting the front wheel, bolting the handlebar in place and putting the seat in.

It is a very responsive ride in pedal assist and is a great bike to ride. Comfy and smooth. I’ve added chain wax and lubricated the front hub and gears. Mine has the vertical screen and 5 way control for pedal assist, info and the all new large headlight - that is amazingly bright! It also came with a great rear flasher under the seat.

I’ve yet to run the battery down to zero, but have happily gone 25-30 miles with no obvious tail off in power. I’ve put it in power assist 5 and just gone. It’s easy to pedal and maintain 16-20mph with little effort.

It looks amazing with a metallic green frame - chunky and futuristic in its stance. I love it! The front light is super bright - car standard and really helps spotting pot holes on the ride home as the nights are drawing in.

No rattles, bangs or rumbles. The power assist is almost silent. The fat tyres make a satisfying whoosh as you cycle along.

The bike arrived extremely well packaged, and the courier service was excellent, keeping us updated throughout the delivery day.Assembly was straightforward by following the supplied instructions and video guide. The onboard computer took a little time to understand due to the number of available options, but the Crazybird team quickly sent us a link to the manual, which explained everything clearly. The bike itself is fantastic. It's for my wife, who wanted something simple and easy to use, and she finds both the gears and the display very user-friendly. We've managed around 50 miles on a single charge, which is impressive considering we ride in West Wales with its many steep hills. The saddle is comfortable, providing a smooth ride, and the motor assistance on climbs is excellent. Even on the steepest hills, we rarely need to use the highest power settings. The front light is very effective, even on dark, unlit roads, and the rear light was a welcome bonus.Overall, we're extremely happy with the bike. We've added a suspension seatpost for even greater comfort and may fit mudguards in the future. My only minor criticism is that it would be nice to have the option of purchasing the bike without the rear rack.Highly recommended.

All went well with order and prompt delivery the bikes excedded expectations overall a good purchase

Great communication. Very helpful. Quick delivery and a great product. Thanks Jean and the team

If a cadence sensor is right for you, go ahead. I bought the Seta model and the cadence sensing is awful. You can’t control power delivery, it’s all or nothing. For smooth proportional power delivery you need torque sensing. Such a shame, the rest of the bike is great, just dreadful to ride. No refunding “ caveat emptor”!!

The bike has been excellent so far and i have to say customer service has been brilliant. Replaced my brake pad when it went, and my keys when i lost them. 6 months in and very happy.

I've had the bike, Crazybird Jumper, for three months now and it has been a reliable daily commute. I ride 8 miles each way and charge the bike every three days. It has good power up the hills when needed and cruises along nicely. My only gripe would be it's weight, it is a heavy bike at 40kg. Fine while wheeling around but I live on a first floor flat so heavy on the stairs.

Other than that it has been amazing and customer services couldn't be any more helpful when ordering a replacement battery cover.

I will definitely be buying another bike from Crazybird in the future.

Excellent bike, exactly as described, great customer service too! Thank you.
