Policy didn't auto-renew as I expected it to possibly because Craftinsure doesn't really exist anymore and is 'ripe'

'More than one policy…
They say I have 'More than one policy holder with my email address'. This is probably two slightly different versions of my name, e.g. with/without an initial or something. The error is at their end but they expect me to sort it out... but no clues as to how I should do this.
